2005 Mercedes-Benz 190-Class - Fantastic
I love this car, it is the ultimate luxury car and I would buy one again if I ever get the chance to! This car has leather seats that have a seat warmer installed in them and the heat and air conditioning both work great! It has a lot of horsepower, if you're not careful, the car will get away from you. It starts off and before you know it, you're easily going 115 mph. It doesn't even feel like you are going that fast, it almost feels like you are driving on air. Almost feels like you are driving on air. This car is everything you've dreamed about and more, try it!
Story
Just driving around town
Pros
The seats and the driving on air feel
Cons
Couldn't find nothing
1992 Mercedes-Benz 190-Class - My First (and Only) Car
I bought my car used back in 2009 for $2200 after looking at several others. It's 22 years old with 122,000 miles on it. The interior is still spotless, the engine itself hasn't given me any major issues, and the body and suspension are all original but in great condition. I personally like the styling of the old pre-DaimlerChrysler Mercedes Benz automobiles, though some might find the boxy looks a bit dated, I feel they've held up much better than the vast majority of cars of the era. The seats are vinyl (or "MB-Tex"), and they look brand new. The leather, wood, and plastics, on the steering wheel, console, and dash have held up remarkably well. It's far from perfect though. For starters, its pretty slow by todays standards. It requires 92 octane or higher, or the engine pings. On top... (more)
Story
It's the first car I purchased, the car I learned to drive and take my driving test in, taken to and from school and work every day without hassle. I plan to hold onto it for as long as it lasts.
Pros
- Its cheap up-front costs ($2500 for one in excellent condition and low miles)
- Its not too common in the United States
- A well-maintained example will continue to be a reliable car, if taken care of.
- Basic maintenance like changing the oil, transmis
Cons
- A poorly maintained example will certainly become a money pit.
- Replacement parts can be expensive, as will labor at a Mercedes dealership
- It won't be breaking any speed records, as it has hardly more horsepower than a new Ford Fiesta
- It's a small
1993 Mercedes-Benz 190-Class - Sad
This vehicle was one of the first vehicles I owned. Although it is an old car, there were a few things that I liked and disliked about it. One of the things I like about this vehicle is that it is extremely strong. I believe it made with a great quality. I have had it for two years and used it regularly. I liked the interior of the car a great deal. The leather seats were made out of a great quality. For the amount of time I have had it, there has been no tear on the seats whatsoever. As per performance, I would say that overall it performs well taking in consideration that it is an old car. I have had a few times in which it has broken down. One time as I was driving, the mirror on the driver's side fell down all of the sudden. Another time the exhaust fell down. The noise was unbeara... (more)
Story
The most memorable story I had using this vehicle was bringing my daughter home from the hospital after she was born.
Pros
Sun roof and great quality
Cons
Made too much noise. Not too fancy, and also any work you would do on the car costs a lot of money.
