2003 Mazda Mazda6 - Awesome. Drives great. Has good gas mileage. Has never had any major problems.
The Mazda 6 '03 is the best car I've ever owned. Even though it's only a 2003, this was the first year they started making the Mazda 6, so it has a lot of the newer era features that you wouldn't normally see on a 2003. So it's more like a 2008 than anything. I love this car; it's fast and affordable. The car itself is economical and extremely good on gas. You can't beat this type of car for the price and value. One of the coolest parts of the car is that it comes with a Bose sound system! So you get amazing stock speakers that sounds like you put a system in your car but with no extra costs! You can't really go wrong with purchasing this vehicle as it's truly amazing. The only really way to go is up from here, which would be spending more money on another vehicle. You are truly gettin... Story
There are always good memories in this car. From drives to the grocery stores or just going somewhere like the skate park, the car has always truly been reliable and just all out fun to drive.
Pros
The car drives incredibly smooth. I have never had a better-feeling ride to be honest. I've always been happy with this car. It has never broke down on me in these past three years of owning it.
Cons
The car can be a little on the small side sometimes. It also shows signs of rust and wear already on the car. Some rust around the wheel well is not very appealing.
2010 Mazda Mazda6 - Great sturdy vehicle.
My Mazda 6 has been the best, most reliable car I've ever owned. I have been kind to her with regular maintenance, but in general I have had no problems in the 50,000 miles I've driven. I bought the car at about 50,000 miles, and it hit the 100,000 mile mark yesterday.
Story
Driving this car to fly fishing outings this past summer made for a fun memory as myself and my close buddy would throw our rods in the trunk and cruise to the next spot.
Pros
I have experienced no strange noises, rattles, bumps, or whines. The seats are comfortable for my ride to work, and have held up strong even through some more than wear and tear. This car has never overheated, and does surprisingly well in the snow, and even the other day when I tried to skid in a parking lot the car was reluctant and the ABS kicked in immediately. Although it wasn't designed to be an "adventure" type vehicle I use it as if it is. I am an avid fisherman and if the back seat is down I can easily fit 3-5 of my rods threaded through up to the front seat. Additionally, I have ... (more)
Cons
The only real concern that I have ever had with this car is that in order to access the headlight to change the bulb you must disassemble part of the wheel well. This issue is not the end of the world, but definitely takes an extra few minutes to swap it out.
