The Mazda 3 is a great reliable car that so far I have had no problems with. My previous car was an Acura built more for performance than functionality, and while it was a fun car, it had too many problems after only eight years (I'm one who likes to run a car into the ground. So when it was time to buy a new car, I wanted to get a car built for function rather than fun. But my Mazda isn't really less fun than that sports car. It has lasted me 120,000 miles so far and I believe I can get at least that much more. I have never had any problems with the car's engine and have only had to do basic maintenance, new tires, new battery, new belts, etc. It has a five-speed manual transmission and the clutch is very smooth. Story
I've taken this car on so many road trips that there are too many to name. I loved taking it to New Orleans in 2016.
Pros
The car has plenty of horsepower, runs very smoothly and quietly and it shifts very easily. I've never had a flat tire or any problems with the brakes, and overall it seems to be of solid build.
Cons
The cons of the car are with the electronics. I had a relay go bad which affected the power locks, including the remote, and the stereo. I got it fixed but it is still intermittent and the stereo speakers only work about half of the times I start the car.

I love the way this vehicle looks on the outside. It's quite a sporty looking car despite being a small model. My favorite part of this car is that it has a decent bit of get up and go while still getting great gas mileage. I also own a suburban and having a car to balance out the gas guzzling is quite nice. I plan on owning it for a few years and might buy another Mazda similar to it when I trade it in.
Story
My wife wanted to get her drivers license and the closest place to do that was 2 and a half hours away. The five of us crammed into the vehicle, arrived in the country town where she was going to test, had a lot of drama along the way-but my wife passed her driving test and now it's her baby.
Pros
This car will go at 65 mph and get up to 45 miles per gallon of gas. That's an amazing amount. The console has an active fuel economy monitor that I keep an eye on to make sure I'm getting the best value for my money. It's also nice to know that when you look at comparisons of other cars in its class, the Mazda 3 always scores at the top. I feel like I'm driving a great car.
Cons
Well, I didn't think there were many until my family of three became a sometimes group of four and a car seat person. Having this many people in the vehicle is quite cramped. I don't plan on doing that very often and don't recommend it. I think the car seat is the main issue there; I believe four people could ride comfortably without a car seat in the back.

Friendly staff, location is convenient to me. I went to other dealership out of the way but needed to go to this dealership due to location. They helped describe the features of the car and were quick and detailed about the buying process.
