2007 Lincoln Navigator - Amazing
Overall, I love this car! My mother bought it for herself back in 2007, and then about three years ago, it was given to me to use as my personal vehicle when she got a new one. I fell in love at first drive. It's so spacious, and I love all of the attention to detail. From the embroidery in the back of the seats to the plethora of buttons on the front of the car. It's just amazing.
Story
I love driving it up and down the mountains. Since you're seated high up, you get a better view than if you were in a smaller car.
Pros
There's a lot of pros including how spacious it is, that's a big one. Also, the color (mine's gold). I wasn't that fond of the color at first, but it really grew on me. It drives really well, especially if the gas tank is full. The interior details are gorgeous. The amenities including the TV in the back, and the seat warmer/coolers really make the car feel luxurious. I also love the layout of the GPS, even though it's a little outdated now, but that's my fault because I haven't updated it.
Cons
There's a few cons about this car. For one, in the past two years, I've had to get it tuned up way too many times in my opinion. One of the tubes that carry something through the engine kept getting a hole burnt through it. It happened three times in two months, but that was about a year ago, and it hasn't happened since. It also uses a ton of gas. I would love it if the car was more eco-friendly, but I also understand that it's an SUV ,and you get what you pay for.
2007 Lincoln Navigator - We still have ours.
What I like most about this sport utility is that it was so stylish and sought after when it first came out years ago. We got one as soon as we could afford one. It is roomy, spacious, and has stood the test of time as far as quality and looks. One con that we did not like is that we had to get a new transmission about 3 years ago. We go it, and it fired right back up like new again. It rides smooth, and almost reminds me of riding in a Cadillac or even a Mercedes Benz. It is smooth and takes it's time down the road.
Story
When we took the truck with us camping. We had it all loaded up. My husband, 3 kids, my cousin, and I enjoyed the 4 hour ride up and the 4 hour ride back. That's where the leather seats come into play. Your butt will not hurt after sitting in this car for long periods of time.
Pros
My favorite thing about this car is the super soft, plush leather seats. If you get this car, DEFINITELY go for the leather seats. You will not regret it for a second when your butt snuggles right into the lush front or back seats.
Cons
We needed a new transmission after about 8 years of use. That seemed pretty quick to me to need that kind of repair, but we got a new one and the truck is back to working like new.
