I love this car. Since buying it pre-owned in 2009, I have had to get work done on it about two to three due to problems (and none of the major!). This car feels so safe and so heavy (in a good way). I feel more than comfortable with my newly-licensed teenage daughter driving it. It's a hybrid, so the gas mileage is amazing and has saved me a lot of money over the years. The Lexus dealership near me is incredibly helpful and very friendly, so I don't mind going there!! It has enough room to pack my daughter's entire apartment, and she does not pack light! It's not too big and definitely not too small. This car is fuel efficient, reliable, safe, and comfy (especially the seats!!) - all in all, just right. My daughter got her license in that car, and she had put off getting it for so long. She had an unexplained fear of driving for about four years and refused to practice behind the wheel. But suddenly, she got a boost of confidence and asked if she could start driving with me in the car every day, to which I agreed. Pros
Top positives include gas mileage - for a big car, it has great fuel efficiency, safety, size (not too big but not too small), perfect trunk size, attractiveness, Lexus support and customer service, and reliability. It shows no signs of wear and tear even after three kids, a dog, ten years, and 175,000 miles.
Cons
The entertainment system is not the best. It's difficult to switch between modes (AM/FM, CD, tape, etc.) because the buttons broke pretty quickly. There is no AUX or USB since it's an older car, and the navigation is very old and very unreliable. The electronic interface leaves much to be desired, but it's okay because it was 2006. Also, the AFS headlights can be a pain because they don't often work and when they do, they shake up and down, which could be dangerous while I'm driving at night.

I got this car 4 years ago. It is a hybrid. It is very quiet and it performs well. Inside the car, it is easy to see the road conditions.
Story
My daughters and I like to stay inside, eat and chat while going from place to place.
Pros
I like the front window which extends out a lot which makes it very easy to see the road conditions. I also like the steering wheel with the polished wooden top half handle. It provides a very smooth and easy to grip sensation. The truck in the back gives enough room for everyday grocery bags, kids' backpacks and even small bicycles. The other thing I like about this car is the volume buttons on the left side on the steering wheel. I don't have to move my hands to adjust the volumes while driving.
Cons
I don't really have complaints.
