Lexus GS 460 Owner Ratings & Reviews
Write a Review
2019 Lexus GS 460 - I am extremely pleased with my purchase and is exactly what I expected from it.
Now that its winter I love the snow functionality within the vehicle. My vehicle is in white trims and I absolutely love it. My friends have also been raving about, in fact one of my colleagues have also bought the same vehicle as mine but not the upgraded trims.
Story
I bought a camping set for my vehicle and it fits so nicely on top of the roof. I also bought a 4 bike rack from Yakima and these fit my vehicle perfectly. It is such a versatile functionality for my vehicle and don't even have to get a RV.
Pros
I have my seats in Red and have bought a roof rack upon which I place a camper that I use when I go out for camping.
Cons
My biggest con is the amount of money I pay every month. On top of that once I see the higher LX model I feel that I should have purchased that as its so much wider and a greater comfort in the drive.
2018 Lexus GS 460 - Very reliable with good off-road capabilities
I like the overall style, although I did prefer the previous model look. This one is still looking good. It is very reliable and so far, except for oil changes, I haven't done anything to it.
Story
There were some heavy rains couple of months ago, and all my neighbors with sedans had to stay home during that time. My car on the other hand didn't car about deep puddle and even made it fun to drive during that week.
Pros
First, of course, is the reliability. It is a Lexus, which is just a fancier Toyota, so it has a very long reliability reputation, and it is really that way.
Cons
It does have a lot more electronic that the previous model, so I wonder how it will perform in the long run. Some parts are also going to be very expensive to replace.
2016 Lexus GS 460 - Good car
If you're looking for something reliable, comfortable and confident on the road, look no further. This truck can polish any bumpy surface that you travel on. Lexus GX 460 is a perfect blend of all aspects you can expect out of any car or SUV on market in $60 grand market minus gas mileage. And believe me, I know cars and had 15 of them in a last 17 years from Mitsubishi to Mercedes and a lot in between. Like some of reviewers say: "If gas mileage concerns you, then you don't make enough money to afford it." Sorry to hurt your ego, but it's not my personal statement. Bottom line is, test drive it. Hope you'll love it just like me. Btw, never wrote any review or opinion on any car or truck before. Cheers! Enjoy driving!
Story
Commanding driving position. I took a long drive recently; I felt safe and enjoyed the drive really well.
Pros
Impressive off-road capability in a segment largely without it. High view out. Easy-to-use interior controls.
Cons
Compromised cargo space and third-row seat. Poor fuel economy and acceleration.
