This car has been very reliable. It's our family car, and we use it every day without any problems. As long as you keep the oil changes and basic maintenance needs done, this car will last you a long time. I have plenty of room for my car seat and other backseat passengers. The truck can hold at least 4 storage bins without blocking the rear view. It has so many features like heated seats, and you can start it using the key button. We travel along the coast with no problems. The gas mileage isn't bad either. If I could change one thing about the car, it would be the radio, it doesn't have an AUX port. Overall, if you want a spacious SUV with great quality, this is the car for you.
Story
Driving to SC in the snow with my husband. We took I-95 South for over 300 miles. We had the heated seats on the entire ride. The defrost worked so quickly. He got to test out the tires, and snow features on the car. Which worked amazingly. He actually got to see how the car did in a different environment. We only stopped for gas one time, and we weren't even on empty. It was a great ride we g... (more)
Pros
I love the heated seats, that comes in handy for the cold winter mornings. I also like that I can start it from inside my house, using the key bottom. It makes it easier for me to get the baby in the car and have it nice and warm. The gas mileage is pretty nice too. We use it everyday and rarely complain about the gas. Another feature is the automatic button that closes the trunk. I can't tell you how hard it is to have a baby in one hand a try to close the trunk. With this car you just push the button and it goes down on its own. It's a wonderful family car.
Cons
It's not much that I don't like about this car. If I had to pick, I would say the radio system isn't too good. It has a tape player instead of an AUX port. Changing the radio stations isn't that convenient. I also don't like where the gear shift is placed. I would prefer it be between the seats. Speaking of seat, they aren't that comfortable. After being on a long trip you start to get uncomfortable in those seats. Other than those small things, it's a great car.

The quality is exceptional and it rides like no other. I have owned several other luxury vehicles and I can truly say without hesitation that Lexus takes the cake! The car has been very reliable, I have owned it for over a decade and have not had to do any major maintenance at all. The fuel economy is okay (around 29 mpg and still doing very close to that after all of these years later), but what sets the Lexus apart is the smooth handling and the comfortably of the ride. Sometimes when my wife takes the car on her commute (which is an hour one way) she talks about how she barely even noticed that she is driving because the car seems to glide. The trunk space is ample. We have taken several trips and moved a couple of times since owning the vehicle and we have been surprised at just h... (more)
Story
During one family vacation, we put four suitcases in the trunk and we still had a little space in there.
Pros
The best things about the car are the smooth ride, excellent handling, gas performance, truck space, and the horse power/performance.
Cons
Honestly, the only con I have had with the car (which is not the makers fault) is that I have been in two car accidents with the vehicle. Both times, somebody hit me.

When it was new, critics praised the 2010 ES 350 for its high-quality interior and graceful suspension. It probably won’t appeal to driving enthusiasts, but anyone seeking a car that coddles its occupants need not look any further. The ES received some minor interior and exterior updates for 2010, including revised styling, interior trim and updated technology. The front-wheel drive ES 350 is powered by a 272-horsepower V6 engine. Although the ES isn’t a performance car, most critics said it does feel fairly quick, and noted the smoothness of its powertrain. The Lexus ES earns a fuel economy rating of 19/27 mpg city/highway, which is about average for the class. In its trunk, the ES can carry up to 14.8 cubic feet of cargo, which is fairly good. Inside, the ES drew rave reviews for ... (more)
Story
The very first vehicle I drove was a Lexus ES330. My dad figured that it would be beneficial for me to drive a manual transmission rather than automatic first. I had the worst time! My dad was getting mad because I was getting frustrated. I believe on the 4th or 5th time we went driving, my dad figured I would practice on small inclines. I kept killing the engine. I tried to release the clutch... (more)
Pros
Backup camera. Parking sensors and panoramic sunroof. Adaptive cruise control and a bevy of other safety features are also available.
Cons
The fuel consumption is bit too high.
