The quality of the Optima was a great surprise. The leather seats never tore or faded. The electronics never broke, the console was very clear and the ride was comfortable and smooth. The ability to accelerate was on point and we were able to maneuver around potential accidents due to its agility and quick response. We not experience any dislikes about the car. It performed better than expected. We were more comfortable that we had anticipated and felt like we were driving a luxury vehicle.
Story
A memorable story when driving the Optima was a trip to the store when the city had three inches of snow on the ground. The Kia was able to make it without sliding or getting stuck. Our confidence level was increased after this experience so much that we encouraged our family members to get a Kia. Pros
The look was sporty and clean. Favorite features included the multi-range of seat options with the electric seat levers, the openness of the console, heated seats and steering wheel, and gas mileage. One pro was how many people were surprised that it was a Kia. Often when we drove people around they would say they did not know Kias were so nice and comfortable.
Cons
Did not experience any negative things about this vehicle.

This vehicle has held up well over time. It has definitely been worth the money spent on it, and I would buy it again.
Story
This car was a lot of fun to drive on the beach! It held up about as well as the SUVs also on the beach. It's fun to drive, sporty, and compact enough to take most places.
Pros
The interior is nice and has held up well over time. I have driven about 90k miles and have only had minor electrical issues. Everyone is jealous of this car, even though it's getting older. Works fantastic for weekend trips to the beach as well as long commutes to and from work and short trips in and around town. This car has several speakers in all areas of cabin, and the sound system is great.
Cons
I have had minor electrical issues with it, such as the stereo quit working after about a year and had to be replaced. Had to have a sensor reset that monitors the tire pressure. One of the car charger/lighter ports have quit working, and the other comes and goes. Only one was due to a fuse. The other is suspected to be an electrical issue.
