I think the car is fantastic overall. I like the feel inside the car and the exterior as well. Engine runs great even though it is old. It also is secure from robbers and thieves.
Story
I went off the highway to look at a beautiful scenic overlook. It looked fantastic, and my car was right behind me.
Pros
The car radio is one of the best features. Every time I put on music, I can hear it crystal clear. I also like the a/c unit. It keeps the car very cool on hot summer days.
Cons
There is no automatic keyless entry to the vehicle, so it takes a while to get in the car.

2012 Kia Optima - I honestly would not recommend this car nor any Kia in the future.

A lot of the components on my car are beginning to run faulty. The car is at 120K miles and at 100K I started to see a lot of misc. things breaking or needing repair.
Story
This car has broken down so many times every time I step in the car I am treated to a memorable experience of it not starting or something going haywire.
Pros
The car is cheap and relatively inexpensive.
Cons
It's cheap, so it is made with cheap materials and workmanship.

Their customer service desk is the best I have ever seen. I have gone to other Kia dealer service desks and got horrible service. The two people behind the desk are very friendly and have a warm tone to their voices.
