2004 Kia Optima - Coolest older car
The thing I like most about his vehicle is its simplicity—no fancy radio, no complex anything. It's a basic car, able to be built upon, and able to be upgraded. The driving performance is exceptional, and the interior design comfortable. It may look small from the outside, but the interior does not feel cramped. The design of the exterior of the car feels like a simpler Jaguar. Very easy to drive, standard radio speakers comes installed, able to be upgraded or customized. This car is the definition of easy going.
Story
Driving to the coast with the windows down, my dogs head out the window and listening to music.
Pros
Simplicity -- the ability to make it your own and upgrade its features. The handling of the car is also very exceptional, and the interior design is very comfortable.
Cons
The quality of the handles could be better. Some of the interior features seem a bit flimsy. With gentle care, it doesn't pose a problem, but rougher handling could result in some costs. Some extended storage space in the glove compartment, and center console storage could be a bit bigger.
2009 Kia Optima - Great all around car.
Great car to own. Only little cosmetic problems. Runs great, no major mechanical problems. I have driven this car everywhere with no major problems. Good looking and easy to clean. Easy to change out light bulbs. Rims do rust and need to repainted to look nice. I have noticed on newer models they have fixed that problem.
Story
This car is a great car to take on vacation. Not to big not to small. Lots of trunk room to bring home those souvenirs.
Pros
Great gas mileage, fast, god looking, easy to work on if needed.
Cons
Driver Leg room, Driver Seat doesn't go back far enough if you have long legs, replacement parts are expensive. Rims on car rust and need to be repainted.
