I have been a Kia enthusiast for several years, and I am still amazed at the quality and value that the company offers. The Kia Optima LX 2018 is a solid car with good performance and amazing miles per gallon. It is spacious and luxurious. It goes toe to toe with more expensive models from other brands. I love that the finish quality is of cars that costs at least double. I really like that the compartments inside the cabin are spacious so I can store my perfumes for quick spraying.
Story
We went to Texas on a single tank, and I had a blast. My friends and I were singing and stopping every once in a while to buy snacks. They had some beers and were comfortable on the long trip.
Pros
I like the interior design and the updated dashboard. The seats are really comfortable for long trips. I like that it is a four cylinder and it saves a lot of gas. In addition, the music from the speakers sounds nice. It has a sporty, yet luxury look. The car runs well on the city and highway. The cabin is more silent than previous versions. The car gets on the highway fast as you accelerate. Has an updated grill to match other trends.
Cons
I wish it was faster. I wish the wood inside was real (though it is very convincing). I wish it came in more colors. None of these are bad defects, just nitpicking.

I love how well my 2018 Kia Optima drives on the road and my overall comfort as a driver. I can adjust the seat to my liking and always find something that eases my distress as someone with a chronic back issue. When driving, I notice that everything feels so much smoother and even passengers have remarked on the smooth drive. The radio is fantastic and has diversity in how you can navigate the system depending on your technological intelligence. The car is incredibility reliable and I feel safe driving it. Also, the car looks amazing on the inside and outside.
Story
I was talking to my sister while ordering in the drive thru and she heard the cashier, but didn't know the cashier could hear her. It was funny because she didn't know the blue tooth system was that good.
Pros
I love the blue tooth. My calls are conducted seamlessly and I never had any issues with sound quality. It also connects quicker than the 2015 Kia Optima, which is a plus. Overall, the system is intuitive and the sound quality of the stereo is amazing. The back up camera and sensory detector are great too.
Cons
Despite, my love of the blue tooth, every once and a while it disconnects or doesn't respond. It's fine because it doesn't happen often, but it's jarring because I didn't have that issue with the 2015 Optima. Because it's connected, but it's not, it can be tricky to reconnect it.
