The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is an excellent car if you are looking for something fun and sexy to drive. You can't beat its looks, convertible top, and off road ability. If off road ability is something you are looking for this is pretty much the best car you can buy and use without a bunch of aftermarket modifications. Even if you only ever drive it in snow, it is still fun to have the excellent off road ability. There are however, some downsides. It is not a cheap car to fill up at the gas tank and can get quite pricey on long drives. It is also not an extremely comfortable car. It can be quite loud, the seats aren't great - unless you have the leather seats option, and it can be a bumpy ride due to its off road capabilities. That said, I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car. One of ... (more)
Story
I recently went to the Outer Banks in North Carolina with my girlfriend, and driving with the top down on the beach all week is an experience neither of us will ever forget.
Pros
This car is great fun, that is the biggest bonus of owning one. Being able to drive with the top down in the summer is absolutely awesome. The off road ability is really nice if you are going to use it, and the resale value is huge later on.
Cons
The only real con to the jeep is the fact that it is a little pricey to fill up at the gas tank, particularly on long trips, and it can be kind of uncomfortable.

The Jeep is one of the most ultimate "beachin" cars you can get for the beach dudes. Not only will the Jeep take you anywhere you want in the burbs or city, but it is great for cruising the beach. When cruising with the doors off, you will know what I'm talking about. I suggest each and every person take a ride in the Jeep with the roof down before making the leap, but once you do, you'll never go back. Additionally, the Rubicon four door is probably the best ride you can get.
Story
I took the Jeep to Ocean City. We partied at Secrets out front and then rolled deep over to Mackey's. Great experience. We had the doors off, and everyone was having a great time.
Pros
The top things about the jeep are the following: The roof comes down when you want to roll deep in the summer. This is a superb advantage over convertibles. Unlike a convertible, the doors come off as well. Once the doors are off, you are ready for a "Beachin Jeep," dudes! Cowabunga! The ride is as smooth.
Cons
So my pet peeve is the tires wear out relatively quick on most Jeeps, and they are expensive. I recommend buying a set at Costco when they are on sale in the winter or fall in the slow period. This will save you big time when you blow one out beachin it out with the bros. Just pop two in the back, and you'll be okay no matter what. The expense will be a forgone conclusion, and you will be ready to ride no matter what.
