I originally bought the Jeep Wrangler when living on the east coast as a casual and comfortable vehicle that would hand snow well in the winter and let me enjoy the top down in the summer. It delivered on all those accounts. I have since moved to Hawaii, and here, the Jeep fits perfectly with my new lifestyle.
Story
Got caught in a downpour while riding with the top down and everyone got soaked, but the car has floor plugs and it drained and dried very quickly.
Pros
The Jeep has served me well in all the places I've lived. It's been a real blessing in the snow of the East Coast, as well as a blessing during some flash-flooding here in Hawaii. It's also held up well against the elements that come with bringing the dog and the surfboard to the beach regularly. It drives smoothly, and has been very easy to maintain.
Cons
The Bluetooth technology is a bit quirky. Often disconnects or freezes. The soft top can be difficult after a while to put up and down as it seems to tighten with time. Gas mileage is only so-so.
