2002 Jeep Liberty - Great vehicle.
Overall, I love my Jeep. I purchased it used four years ago, and up until recently, it has been a very reliable vehicle. I towed my 19' RV Travel Trailer 1,900 miles with it, and the trip was very relaxed and worry free -- as far as the reliability of the Jeep being able to tow it. The heated, leather seats, the moon roof, and the towing ability have been the best features in my opinion.
Story
In Wisconsin during the winter, pulling other cars out of the ditch...that's always fun.
Pros
The vehicle that I bought was top of the line when it was new: power, heated, leather seats, tinted windows, heated mirrors, retractable moon roof, tow package; it has it all.
Cons
There were, and are, a lot of recalls on this model. I have found out that a lot of other owners are having the same issues that I have been recently having as far as not starting. When I have turned the key, everything will come on, but the engine won't turn over or even click. It turned out to be a pin in the starter switch, that a lot of other owners have been having.
2012 Jeep Liberty - My Jeep Liberty vehicle is the best I had driven in my life.
It is best vehicle to make a hills trip. And it had many fun and unforgettable moments it had each and every time.
Story
This vehicle was our road trip vehicle.
Pros
It has greater storage space with coverage at the back, making it suitable for adventure and road trips. No matter the model youÕre driving, Jeep liberty is a reliable vehicle. The Jeep can drive under any weather condition without having any issues.
Cons
You have to regularly maintain the vehicle. You need to regularly change the oil, tires and adjusting breaks. The Jeep has weak acceleration when climbing on hilly areas and may feel too heavy.
