2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Great car!
This thing was great for winter weather. The care was very comfortable. 4 wheel drive came in very handy in the snow and off-road year round. Very few mechanical problems. Very dependable vehicle. Such a good all round vehicle that we passed it on to our daughter when she got her license. Plenty of leg room for passengers. Cargo rack was a great addition and really came in handy on trips. Interior storage was adequate but our 2 large Labs really liked riding in the back. Gas mileage was just average but engine had loads of power. A/C and heating system were adequate. Paint didn't hold up real well and began to fade quickly. Seats could have been more comfortable. Suspension was okay but a little stiff. Dash and instruments well laid out.
Story
The most memorable story about this car was the very first day my daughter went on the road with me the day after she got her learner's permit. We were on a back country road when her cell phone rang. She reached down to pick it up from the console and drove straight into a muddy ditch. Pros
Plenty of power and a 4 heel drive that could probably climb trees. I used this vehicle to pull my 1999 Ford Expedition out of snow banks more than once when the Ford, with a larger engine and 4 wheel drive, couldn't pull itself free.
Cons
Stiff suspension and mediocre seats made long road trips literally painful.
2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Jeeps are garbage
I bought my used Jeep Grand Cherokee two years ago. It has brought me nothing but problems.
Story
My daughter threw up all over the back seat of the car when we were crossing over a bridge once.
Pros
The reason I bought this vehicle was because I just had my second child, and previously, I drove a Lexus sedan, which just wasn't big enough for both children. In order for a passenger to ride, the seat had to be all the way up. I was looking for a bigger vehicle that wasn't too big, that had a nice aesthetic look, and would get me from point A to point B. The size of the vehicle is literally the only pro that I have found so far.
Cons
The sensors are always going bad, telling me there is a problem with the vehicle when there isn't. Regular car shops can't fix the actual sensor. Only check the check engine light. The air conditioner never works. I'll get it fixed and then it'll break again. The radiator pipe burst in my driveway. I've spent almost as much fixing this vehicle as I paid for it. Thank goodness I got a warranty or I would have taken a serious loss. As soon as I am able to afford another vehicle, I am trading this one in and getting a different one. Seriously, nothing but issues.

2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Hyman Bros Automobiles Richmond
Customer service is excellent and that they beat the Carmax price were the main reasons that I chose Hyman Bro's. The owners work on the lot and are very friendly and motivated to get the best deal. They were patient while I went back and forth to other used dealerships to compare prices. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would return for my next car.
