I have never owned a Jeep before, but I have heard a lot of great things, and they all are true! I love the heated and cooling seats. I have the beautiful silver paint, and no matter what type of weather, she is shining bright! I love the V8. It really picks up and goes when I need it to. I feel like the overall quality of this vehicle is high based on the physical basis of it. The only negative thing I have to say is the leather seats have worn, and it is only four years old! The Jeep drives very smooth and doesn't bop me around like other vehicles might. The high beams are exceptional! They turn on and off when another car is coming!
Story
My family and I were driving to Florida, and I was sooo thankful that we had numerous plugs/outlets in the Jeep so that everyone could charge their electronics! We all had plenty of room, and it was nice that the backseats reclined!
Pros
My top favorite of this vehicle is the high quality overall. The quality doesn't compare to other vehicles that I have owned. The cooling seats on the leather keep me nice and cool on hot summer days. When the moon roof is extended, my family loves it! The pickup on this vehicle is great! The back-up camera is amazing!
Cons
I don't have much negative to say except for when driving or sitting for a little while, the exterior gets very hot! Also, the leather seats are worn, and the Jeep is only four years old!

Driven in snow the auto performs very well. Passenger usage is great seats and large amount of storage room in the rear.
Pros
Storage, good ride, low gas mileage, interior cloth, breaking system, low tire wear, good steering, and body style.

The people were professional, listened to me when I told them what I was looking for, and treated me well. They were flexible with the price of the vehicle, and I ended up getting a good deal. The buying process was about on par with most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past the usual expected paperwork, but they made me comfortable while I was waiting. Overall it was a positive experience, and I'd purchase from them again.

The thing that made the dealership great was the sales person. Chris was really awesome. I had previously purchased a vehicle from him and knew he was someone I could trust. I was currently upside down on my vehicle loan, but Chris was able to work with me and get me into a new car with a lower payment.
