This is the first Jeep I have ever purchased. I would personally purchase another Jeep. But I have several complaints. I love the interior design, the feel and the space that my car gives me. But I have had several problems with this vehicle that I have never had with another car. Every single window regulator for every door in my car has malfunctioned once or more. I have also had issues with a few sensors. I do not like the radio that came with the car I personally felt that they could have installed a better version. Besides that I am looking forward to purchasing another Jeep in the future.
Story
I once met a guy who I had started dating who had the same exact car different year and color but we both used to share stories about our cars.
Pros
The design inside and out is modern, and comfortable. The seating is great the room within the car as well as in the trunk area is perfect for me and my passengers. I like the dark interior. I like the height of my vehicle, I am short but I don't have to have extra accessories attached to my car to get in and out comfortably. The body design is nice and slick. I like the fact that I can see comfortable out of my windows and have no problems with my mirrors to gage traffic around me.
Cons
The major problem I have had was with all of my windows needing repair at one time or another. Every single window regulator in my vehicle has malfunctioned. I currently have two window that are not working even though I have had them repaired before. Other than that I really do not have any con's other than the gas mileage. I'm sure with the next purchase of a later Jeep that will be taken care of.

The Jeep is well-built from top to bottom. It's a very attractive car and has stood the test of time. It still looks brand new after a few years. We had a few issues when we first purchased the vehicle (lightly used), but since then, we have had no issues. It's a great car for a road trip - gas is surprisingly better on highways than older models, and has a huge tank. The steering wheel rattles a bit when going between 65-75 mph, and I've had occasional trouble switching from regular to snow setting when weather isn't great.
Story
We drove the car along the East Coast on a multi-state road trip. We had enough room for everything we needed to hit the beach in several states the first summer we had it. This includes suitcases, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a big old cooler. Just had to put down the back seats and it was perfect for two of us.
Pros
The car is very attractive and modern. It has a lot of great features including the sun and moon roof, heated leather seats, Bluetooth and automatic lights. It drives very smooth on back roads and handles bumpy roads well. The sound system is very high quality and has several settings. The trunk has so much space, and can expand even more with the back seats rolled up.
Cons
When we first got the vehicle, we had issues with the transmission and steering. At the 35,000 mile mark, we had to have some work done that we didn't anticipate until 50k. The steering wheel rattles when on a highway going between 65-75 mph. In the snow setting when it is snowing out, there have been times where the car felt less steady/more slippery than when in regular mode.

The quality of the Jeep Grand Cherokee it too notch. The car has over 60 thousand miles and there have been no major repairs needed to the Jeep. when driving on rough roads there is no rattling to be heard. The Jeep also gets great mileage on the highway typically about 26 mpg. The best thing about the Jeep is that it has a luxury look and feel but doesn’t come at that price point. Being able to fill it with regular gas really saves money with the price that gas keeps jumping to. A great feature is that when the car is started and the weather is cold outside the steering wheel and driver seat with start heating. The backup camera is a nice security and safety feature. I cannot count the amount of times that once I park I a have put the car in reverse just to use the camera to see if I ... (more)
Story
I remember using the Jeep to help pull a friends explorer out of a ditch. We were at a football tailgate and didn’t see the small ditch with all the rain. But when we tried to leave his car was stuck and just spinning tires. I had some tie downs and pulled his car out.
Pros
The pros of the Jeep are the type of gas you can use, the reliability and seating 4 passengers comfortably.
Cons
Limited to only 5 seats. No built in way to have the trunk open when having something hanging out the trunk.
