2002 Jeep Cherokee - Great, general purpose SUV

Jeep has held up very well over the years, little body rust, interior in great shape, only normal expected repairs.
Story
It might be four-wheel drive, but that doesn't make a difference on ice -- one time hit an ice patch and spun around in a circle about three or four times before coming to a stop in a snow bank! Fortunately had no significant body damage to the Jeep, but it took me a while to recover!
Pros
The Jeep is built like a little tank, very solid and sturdy. Very little body rust. The interior has worn well (still looks like a fairly new car). So far haven't had any major mechanical issues, just routine repairs and maintenance. Getting close to 200K miles!
Cons
Hassles with various Jeep-Chrysler dealers over the years. Service Depts can be very expensive. Parts are getting crazy expensive also.

The shape of the car is great. The car is sturdy and can handle rough terrain. I drove it over 30,000 miles and had no engine or battery trouble. Because it's an older model, there can be small issues with it. It was one of my first cars, and I loved it.
Story
I drove it for hours for fun and ended up meeting a nice girl along the way.
Pros
The bumper is metal and can withstand the impact of a metal pole without injuring the passenger or the vehicle. Parts are easily replaced. It has great performance, and it can ride for hours at a time without fail. The interior is comfortable and soft. It is basic and very minimalist in its design.
Cons
It may need maintenance over time since it is an older model. There was some rust, which you do need to coat every once and awhile. It can be a bit unreliable if it needs serious work on one its components. It lacks some safety issues on it as well that modern cars now have. It's a bit scary if it starts to have issues while you're driving on the road, but it's not too bad.

Nothing. This was the worst car buying experience of my life. The salesmen were pushy, arrogant, and tried a lot of tactics to try and confuse me on price and rebates. The office/showroom was horrible, looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70's. The process took a very long time, over 6 hours I believe and most of that was fighting with the salespeople and waiting for a financial "expert" to be available to close the deal.

This was a great place to buy a car because the staff was super friendly and flexible to work with. I did not feel pressured at all during the transaction. I made some requests, and they sent the car to a shop to have those things fixed free of charge, and they have continued to take responsibility even after leaving the lot.
