2016 Jeep Cherokee - I love my Jeep Cherokee
I love my new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. It sits high off the ground and has all the bells and whistles on the inside, as we got the upgraded package. It is a high quality vehicle and drives so nicely. It is comfortable to ride in and roomy on the inside, but still small enough to make maneuverability easy. It drives nicely in the snow with the all wheel drive.
Story
It is my first all wheel drive vehicle and it made driving in the snow so much easier and I was not as anxious to drive in the snow.
Pros
I love the heated front seats and steering wheel. They heat up quickly and feel so good on cold winter days. They never seem to be too hot either. I also love that it is remote start so I can start it from inside my house in the mornings to warm up. It is also keyless entry and as long as I have the keys with me, I can get in my car without getting my keys out of my pocket.
Cons
There is a ledge on the inside bottom of the car that collects dirt and road grime and when getting in and out of the car, my legs rub on the ledge and get my pants dirty. I also wish the front console was bigger between the front seats. I like to use the center console for storage and as an arm rest and the size is just not quite big enough.
2015 Jeep Cherokee - Latitude review.
I had this for almost two years before I was in an accident that totaled it. I had mechanical problems with it most of the time. I would not recommend this to my family or friends. There were a few positives (which I list below), but overall, I did not like the car shortly after I purchased it.
Story
Did great in the snow! The four-wheel drive felt solid (but again, I didn't trust the transmission much and not sure how long it would have lasted). I was getting rough snow covered roads very easily while others were obviously struggling.
Pros
I liked the big touchscreen. Paying the extra to upgrade to the 8" screen is worth it. The sound system was nice. The design was well laid out. The safety features were great. I was in a head-on collision at ~ 50 mph and walked away with some scratches on my arms/legs and a broken lip. The knee airbags saved my legs.
Cons
Transmission! I had it into the shop several times, but it was never fixed. I never trusted it, especially on long trips. The seat warmer on the passenger side stopped working a few months after I got it. The cargo space in the back is really small. The back seats were uncomfortable. The interior seemed fragile and easily scratched. Also, there was too much plastic. The outside was starting to fade already.

2007 Jeep Commander - Troy Ford
Troy Ford was pretty great to work with! Their staff of salesmen were all very professional and eager to help me with any questions. As a woman, I have sometimes experienced auto salesmen who didn't take me seriously as a customer and I was very pleased to not experience this at Troy Ford. They were never pushy with the sale, and I appreciated that very much!
2009 Jeep Wrangler - Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Cincinnati
The dealership is conveniently located near me. When i arrived, i was greeted promptly and asked if I needed any help. I informed them that I knew what I was looking for, a Jeep Wrangler, and the sales associate brought me to their selection. He explained all the features of each model, and his personal opinion on what years he liked best. Also the financing options were easy to sit down and walk through with him, he made the entire process a breeze. It was a very good experience overall.
