2015 Jeep Cherokee - I love my Jeep!
I really love my Jeep. I had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee a few years before I bought this one, and I absolutely loved it, which is why I decided to buy another one this time! I haven't had any problems with this vehicle, and I've owned it for just under three years now, and it has 40,000 miles on it. It's super comfortable, and I bought the 'cold weather package', which includes durable floor mats and electric start with the car, which is great in the winter, and is totally worth it, especially here in New England. I also like that it has all wheel drive for the wintertime. Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle are very attractive, as well as durable and comfortable. Story
I remember going on a weekend trip and going to the beach with my daughter. It's a great car for fitting all of my travel and beach gear into the car, and easy for driving on the dirt roads down by the beach.
Pros
The car is super comfortable, reliable, durable, stylish both interior and exterior, great in the snow, gets great gas mileage, attractive looking, great performance, great in the snow and wintertime.
Cons
The car was pretty expensive, coming to $35,000 total for the almost basic model. I also wanted to buy a car with 4 wheel drive, but the Grand Cherokee, which did have four wheel drive, was really expensive. The AWD is alright in the snow, but makes me nervous, and it's expensive when I needed to buy new tires, because even though I only absolutely needed to buy 2 new tires, I needed to buy all four because the tread had to be the same so it wouldn't throw off the all wheel drive.
2016 Jeep Cherokee - Very comfortable to ride in but don't like the performance.
I leased this brand new vehicle from a local dealership. I like the look of it and the comfort. I am unhappy with the engine performance and the radio speakers.
Story
Just driving around with the sunroof open - it is the best sunroof I have had in a car so far.
Pros
I love the comfort of the seats, the large sunroof, the digital odometer, the size of the interior, the color, the heated seats and steering wheel.
Cons
The car has a feature that stops the engine if the car comes to a complete stop while in drive (when you are stopped at a red light, etc.). It feels like the car has stalled but as soon as you step on the gas the engine starts up again. I also am unhappy with the engine's performance. I frequently feel like the engine is going to stall - could be at 30 miles an hour or 65 miles an hour - the engine has a skip to it. Sometimes I step on the gas and it takes the engine a few seconds to react and then jumps forward. Car is a 6 cylinder but feels like a 4 cylinder.

Jeep Liberty - Sudbay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Gloucester
Very friendly and honest group of folks. I had a price I could pay, I told them and we were able to work a deal. I needed a good car that was reliable but I didn't want or need anything fancy. I appreciate they didn't waste my time or their breath by trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. I found it refreshing. They had a good selection and when I went to pick up the car it was washed and waxed which is always a nice touch.
