2015 Jeep Cherokee - My first Jeep
My husband and I bought the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in anticipation of starting a family. Little did we know that we were already pregnant. It's turned out to be a great family vehicle. There is plenty of room for our son's gear plus whatever we need for our trips. The vehicle is comfortable to ride in, and with leather seats cleanup is a breeze. When driving in snow, my sister-in-law was sliding all over in her Ford. Our jeep didn't slip at all as we drove over the same spots on the road. We even managed to drive right over a spot where she got stuck. The sound of the radio is awesome, the blind spot alerts have prevented several accidents, and the heated seats and steering wheel have warmed us up quickly on snowy days. The remote start is one of our favorite winter features.
Story
Driving in the snow when other vehicles were stuck has made the biggest impression on us. I feel confident in the vehicles abilities when driving my infant son to and from day care during the snowy Minnesota winters.

Cons
The way the engine stops running when you stop with the V6 takes some getting used to. It has caused the car to jerk a little and move backwards when stopping on a hill.
1999 Jeep Cherokee - My Security Blanket
My Jeep is my security blanket. It isn't perfect and it is an older car. My husband and I bought the car in June of 2010 and it now has over 200,000 miles on it.
Story
I can't really think of one item.
Pros
It doesn't matter what the weather is. In Minnesota we get a lot of snow but I can just put it in four-wheel drive and go do whatever I need. I like the fact that if I have a larger item to haul I just have to lay down the back seats and it doubles my space.
Cons
Being a 1999 it is harder to get parts for it. Most of the time I have to get a used one from the junk yard because either I can't find a new one or it is so expensive I can't afford it. I get good gas mileage about 17 mpg around town.

2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Bloomington Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Minneapolis
We had been shopping around for the Jeep that we wanted and were very particular. We had gone to another Jeep dealer in the area and they were less than helpful. When we went to Larry Reids, we came across a salesman that went by Big Luke and he was the friendliest and most helpful salesman we met. He didn't pressure us into anything and they had exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond, even staying open late, to ensure that we could drive off with our Jeep that day.
2000 Jeep Wrangler - Bloomington Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Minneapolis
The dealership had a wide selection of cars. The atmosphere was very professional. Customer service was amazing. I was quite indecisive about the car I wanted so they showed me my options and found a car suitable to my driving needs. They also made sure I understood everything in the contract and that I was a satisfied customer.
