Initially, I was happy with the purchase however over time the car has not held up with use. Multiple interior parts have broken and this has been frustrating detracting from the look of the vehicle. Additionally, gas mileage has been less than desired, particularly as gas prices increased. The ride is more noisy than in other vehicles as well. However, the folding seat do allow for a considerable amount of cargo to be moved from place to place if this is your desire. Further, the roof rack is fairly low to the ground due to the size of the vehicle allowing objects to be placed with little effort on the roof of the vehicle. Regarding the engine I have had little problems and the car overall runs well. I currently have over 150,000 miles on the vehicle and have to do minimal maintenance... (more)
Story
We occasionally used the vehicle to go on camping trips. In this case the storage was a blessing. We took the vehicle up a mountain and the car handled well and provided comfortable viewing while we were on the blue-ridge parkway in NC.
Pros
From the stand point of pros, the car has run well with little to no problems. Additionally, I was able to use the vehicle for transporting numerous items during moves. The front drivers seat was also comfortable for the make of the vehicle which made driving long distances more acceptable.
Cons
From the perspective of cons, I would have to say that being able to hold conversation in the car was difficult due to the noise. I was also frustrated at time with the difference a few inches can make in terms of transporting larger items. Lastly, gas mileage was poor and this became more and more of an issue due to gas prices.

Before buying my Hyundai, I owned a BMW the car ran great. It came with a four-year warranty. Unfortunately, once the warranty was up, I began having many issues with the car. The starter went twice then the alternator. It was very expensive to keep up with the repairs. I purchased my Hyundai I have had it for 10 years. I absolutely love it. The vehicle was affordable, it looks great, it drives great and is also really reliable. It comes with a 10-year warranty. Within the ten years of owing this car besides routine maintenance such as oil change, brakes, tires I have had no trouble. Just recently the first issue I've had was replacing the alternator belt which is a minor job. I really can't find any cons about the vehicle. For the price you are paying you are getting a great quality v... (more)

Every summer me and my husband and my two children take a trip. Each year we drive in my vehicle. Is roomy enough for the luggage and the kids to have enough room to sit comfortably in the backseat. We have driven to South Carolina for a family wedding. We drove down to Ocean City two years in a row. We have also driven down to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. For each trip we had absolutely no troubl... (more)
