2007 Hyundai Tiburon -
The trim is beautiful. It looks very sleek and sporty. The only reason I didn't say I would get it again is because they discontinued it and I will want my next car to be newer.
The interior is incredibly comfortable. I feel like it perfectly fits my body. The backseat is not exactly meant for passengers though which isn't a problem for me. I'm 5'5" and I can fit back there if another small person is in front of me. Tall men simply cannot fit in the back seat.
It's a very smooth ride. I like how it hugs turns etc. It gets reasonable gas mileage probably about 24 miles per gallon. It still has some get up and go and I feel it gets up to speed on the highway quickly.
I've never had any major problems with it and it has 120,000 miles. Due to the winters and road salt I am starting to ... (more)
Story
I've had some great road trips to Maine with my brother. It's plenty comfortable for the two of us and my dog in the back seat. Use Bluetooth to stream an audio book and before we know it we are there.
Pros
1) Sporty look
2) interior comfort
3) smooth drive
4) reasonable gas mileage
Cons
1) Bad radio reception
2) beginning to rust
3) bad in the snow
4) although its fine for me, its too small for a family
2007 Hyundai Tiburon - Fun little car.
I have enjoyed this vehicle. I got it as a nice cruising college car. It has a nice red color, and is shaped nicely so it appears to be a sporty vehicle. I have taken good care of it, and in return, it has not given me ANY issues in the 70,000 miles I have put on it. It is small and agile, so moving in traffic is a breeze, plus it is very easy to park and maneuver in small spaces. It's fuel efficiency is about average- 23mph city, and around 28 highway. I have made long trips in the vehicle, and it remains comfortable to be in, even after hours of driving. A/C is ice cold, and the heater warms up quickly. If you are looking for a small car to just commute with, it's perfect. Great first vehicle for young drivers as well.
Story
My now brother-in-law drove together all the way from our town in Arkansas to the beach in Florida. We had a great road trip together, and drove all other the Panhandle just enjoying life on vacation. It was a great time.
Pros
Vehicle is sporty, and looks great. It is compact, allowing it to be agile on the road and easy to drive. Good stock stereo system and it has decent trunk space for the it's small size. It has an option to be either automatic or a 6 speed, which is appealing to many.
Cons
The vehicle is almost too small, as I'm constantly wanting more space. The backseat is almost useless, as it is almost too small for actual passengers bigger than children. No cruise control can start to be tiring after long distance drives. Could use better gas mileage, considering it is not very powerful of a vehicle.
