The Hyundai Sonata limited is a solid family car with nice added features that take up to the higher end of affordable sedans. The body style is sleek and sporty, but there is plenty of trunk space for cargo and leg space in both the front and rear seating areas. The rear seat has a fold-down center console with cupholders that is beneficial on long trips. The car is reliable and gets good gas mileage. Dual heated leather seats in the front make for a nice ride for the driver and passenger, and the car also has differentiated heat/ac so each person in the front can adjust the temperature to their liking. This model has a moon roof as an added bonus.
Story
My kids love to have the moon roof open when we're driving at night so they can see the stars!
Pros
Leather seats that are easy to clean, touchscreen media center, sensors and alerts for safety when changing lanes, and very affordable and great gas mileage.
Cons
Limited head room. You almost have to duck your head to get in. Visibility can get a little spotty in the rear blind spots because of the shape of the rear windows, but the external sensors help a lot with this.

I purchased my 2005 Sonata in 2008. It was a great value and I am pleased with my purchase. In fact, my goal is to postpone replacing it as long as possible. I'd like to put at least 200,000 miles on it. I paid $9,000 net of trade-in and feel like I got my money's worth.
Story
It has been mistaken for a Jaguar twice, which I don't really understand. I also once got to ferry.
Pros
The 2005 was the last of the old body style, starting in 2006 the chassis and body was drastically changed. I like the body style a lot, it was one of the major factors in purchasing this vehicle. It has been extremely reliable, with no major engine problems. The fuel economy is above average. It handles very well. I love the leather interior, and their are lots of little features. The 60/40 split folding seats is one example. Another is the roomy trunk. Overall it suits me to a tee and I wish they still produced cars like this. The V6 has pretty good pick up for a car in this price range.
Cons
It doesn't always handle well in cold weather. I have had problems replacing the RKE (remote keyless entry) fob. The interior gets quite hot during the summer (too dark). The tinting is starting to peel.
