In 2012 I brought my Hyundai Sonata. It is a really great car to drive, very smooth and had no major problems with it. The gas mileage is pretty good, not quite as good as stated but still decent. The quality of the interior is good, easy to clean. It easily fits three people in the back seat. It has a quick take off when you press the accelerator and the brakes work well, even in wet conditions. It also has a very big trunk to hold a lot of stuff when travelling.
Story
One time on a very rainy day in Miami, the streets around my house were flooded, and I had to go pick up someone. When I turned the corner the car almost floated as it was so deep. It was memorable because as soon as we got past that corner everything was fine, the car drove well, it was just a moment I will never forget.
Pros
This car is easy to drive and park. It looks very sleek from the outside and the interior is very stylish. Drives well, no issues with brakes or accelerator. Lots of storage space in the back. I like the ability to electronically adjust my seat back and height, and it also has a back support that you can adjust to your liking.
Cons
Gas mileage isn't as good as advertised, supposed to get 25-30MPG in the city, but it is closer to 18-20MPG. The battery died after a short period of time so I had to replace it. Also had issues with the tires, got a lot of punctures during the first 12 months. It does not have a rear windscreen wiper, which can be frustrating in the rain. I believe that angle is supposed to make water run off, but sometimes it is difficult to see through.

I like the car. Love the controls for Bluetooth, and radio on the steeling wheel. The car looks great, has every option you could want in a car. The car rides well on smooth roads. But on bumpy roads it can be a bit rough. I have driver for 65000 miles, and so far the only issue was the air conditioning, which Hyundai fixed. The car looks very stylish also. The car feels as though it was built to last. Another great perk is the 10 year, 100000 power train warranty.
Story
I got stuck in the Walgreen parking lot in a winter storm, had to dig out the car for a half hour before I could get it out.
Pros
The controls on the steering wheel makes it easy to drive without having to take your eyes off the road. Heating seats are a nice feature in the winter. Car has decent gas mileage, and I like the odometer option, you can set it to show how many miles are left in a tank of gas. The panoramic sun roof is not an option that you see on other cars, it really makes the car stand out, and looks great. Gas Mileage is pretty good for a midsize car.
Cons
The one reason I would not purchase the car again, is it does not handle that well in the winter. The low profile tires are not conducive to winter driving. It does have the anti skid feature, but sometimes it is difficult to get the car to move, even in an inch or 2 of snow. Also it is does not too smooth on bumpy roads. Also the trunk size is not that roomy.
