2015 Hyundai Elantra - Great car and great price.
Very good design. Drives good. The car is holding up very well. The more I drive my 2015 Elantra SE the more I love it! It is quick and tight handling for its size. The paint job is excellent, the new black trim inside and black carpet is easier to keep clean. I hear it never needs transmission fluid checked. And it has a timing chain instead of belts. Less maintenance cost. I think I am going to like this car!

Driving to our vacation destination.
Pros
Generous features for the money; large trunk; quiet and well-built cabin; long warranty coverage.
Cons
Limited headroom; so-so acceleration with the 1.8-liter engine; somewhat stiff ride quality.
2014 Hyundai Elantra - Hyundai Elantra
I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra about 2 years ago. This is the first time in my life that I have purchased a new car, and I was not sure going into it that this was the car for me. I like the style and efficiency of the vehicle. It suits my current needs perfectly, and I have had no significant issues other that routine maintenance
Story
My son and I have had some really great trips in this vehicle. We always go to and from school together and listen and talk about music the whole time. The car is great for fun little trips.
Pros
The gas mileage of the Hyundai Elantra is a huge plus. I get about 40 miles to the gallon when I am on the interstate, which is great. It is really nice to be able to fill up my gas tank for around $20 and drive for a good distance on that tank. I also like the design of the vehicle. The color and lines make it a great looking car.
Cons
The one con about this car is the size. This is not really fair on my part because I definitely knew going into it that it was not a large vehicle, but it suited my needs at the time. Since then, we have had another baby, and are talking about having a third. If we have another child, I will definitely have to get a new car that can fit everybody. But, once again, this has nothing to do with the car itself and how it was manufactured.
