Hyundai Accent Owner Ratings & Reviews

2008 Hyundai Accent - The little engine that could.
I am the original owner of this vehicle. I purchased the car in March 2009 at the height of the great recession. I used the car to commute through heavy traffic for six years, 40 miles in each direction. I used the car to make road trips in the spring, summer and fall. I have maintained the vehicle religiously, oil changes, tire changes, belt, hose and fluid changes, whatever is necessary to continue good performance. I once owned a BMW. This little car is just as solid even if it is small and less peppy.
Story
I learned the ins and outs of my rural county delivering meals on wheels as a volunteer and passed Antietam battlefield and John Brown's hideout.
Pros
Easy maintenance and gasoline cost.
Cons
Difficult to handle large or unusual loads.
2016 Hyundai Accent - A decent go-getter
My vehicle is a small, white hatchback. What I liked about it was that it generally had good fuel management. I used to drive it for Lyft and after about an eight-hour shift I, at most, spent about 20 dollars after burning through a couple hundred miles. It also held up pretty well when I got into an accident. Someone hit the back of my car pretty hard, and there was barely any damage. What I didn't like about the car was the size. It barely could fit more than three people comfortably. I would definitely prefer to cut back on trunk space for more room for seating.
Story
Well, one fun trip I had was when I went to Pittsburgh to attend a gaming event with some friends.
Pros
Definitely the fuel management. It comes with a eco mode, which is great on the highway as it helps you get a few extra miles in during a pinch. It also has great a/c management. I rarely have to spend too much time warming up the car in the winter because of it.
Cons
One of my biggest gripes about the vehicle was that it is a low vehicle. I have had to replace the bumper once during my time driving it due to easily hitting the cement blocks in parking spaces. It also sucks to drive in the snow because it is low to the ground. You can easily hear scrapping from the snow. Another con is that there is no Bluetooth in the basic model despite being a car from recent year (2016).

Baltimore, MD Dealer Ratings & Reviews

2013 Hyundai Accent - Thomas Subaru Cumberland
They were extremely patient with me while I drove different vehicles, some of them more than once. I really didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted and they really were informative and talked me through the decision making process. They offered to request cars from other dealerships in their network in order to accommodate my needs.
2013 Hyundai Veloster - Honda College Park
It was close to our apartment. I had recommendations that this was a good dealership. The customer service was top-notch. I felt less pressure than at other dealerships. I felt like they listened to me and my concerns. The prices were fair. They seemed to care about me, instead of just about my money.
