2009 Honda Odyssey - Best car!
This has been the best car ever. It helped me out when my kids were small. A pleasure to drive. And a lot of space. I would definitely buy the car again.
Story
A road trip I did with my family. We drove from Orlando to Washington, D.C. From D.C. we went down Blue Ridge Parkway to Smokey Mountains. The we went to Atlanta. And then our final destination home to Orlando. It was memorable as this was our first road trip.
Pros
The car has given us enough space with kids. The doors to the back open automatically with using the keys. Especially handy when you have car seats in your hand. It is an affordable car. The car is an easy drive. Even as a short person I am able to maneuver the car well. It still has the amenities other luxury cars have.
Cons
I can't think of many cons. Yes it isn't attractive to drive a mini van. And it is big.
2008 Honda Odyssey - Fantastic Purchase
This is a great vehicle. Super reliable and dependable. Solid and stylish with tons of upgrade options. There is a built in DVD which is great on road trips. The GPS system is top notch as well. It really feels like a solid vehicle.
Story
A fun story I remember about this vehicle is when we took it to the beach with the grandparents. We all fit in there, all 8 of us and there was still plenty of room for luggage and sand toys, etc. It was a fantastic trip and even though we were at capacity, it was very comfortable!
Pros
Very roomy with comfortable seats for up to eight people. There is one seat that is removable so you can convert to a seven seater and that adds more space in the interior. It is a stylish car with great pickup. It has great trunk room and is perfect for road trips.
Cons
The one complaint would be gas mileage. I average about 15-17 mpg which is not ideal. Also, it is a little bulky so you can't get into small spaces.
