Honda Odyssey is a great vehicle. It is very spacious and gives more mileage. It is always best for the long run. It is a minivan with all upgrades. There is nothing to dislike as the newer models are compatible to any attachments and upgrades. It grew in width and weight but retained the previous generation's length and interior space. Honda's first minivan — based on the Accord platform, with a 4-cylinder engine, all-disc anti-lock braking, all wishbone suspension, and a four-speed automatic transmission with a steering-column-mounted shifter and a hill-hold feature, marketed as Grade Logic The design featured unibody construction, dual airbags, dual gloveboxes, dual zone heating and cooling with 20 percent greater capacity than an Accord's system (overhead rear fan-speed adjustment ... Story
When we long trips we remove the middle seats or tuck in the back seats which help us to play and sleep when we go long drives.it is always fun to have more space.
Pros
The Odyssey offered power sliding doors which were standard on the EX trims, but not available on the LX trims. The Odyssey kept the fold-into-the-floor rear seat, an innovation adopted by many other minivans. The van continued to receive upgrades, such as offering both VHS and DVD-based entertainment systems. There was also an available Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System, introduced in 2000, which became the first navigation system ever offered in a minivan. The Odyssey also received a significant increase in power from 210 hp (157 kW) to 240 hp (179 kW) in 2001. Also added for 2002... (more)
Cons
The 4-speed automatic transmission in 1999 to 2001 models had serious problems with transmission durability. Honda responded to the problems by extending the warranty on the transmission on U.S.A. '99-'01 models to 7 years or 100,000 miles (160,900 km).

The 2007 Honda Odyssey is probably the best used and multipurpose van out there. Ever since I bought it, I've used it to take people to the airport and sometimes to go to work and even did a little bit of Lyft picking of passengers, etc. Also, it is a great alternative to a truck. If you take out the backseats, there is actually a lot of space to put your lumber or any supplies needed to do any construction or home improvement job. The best thing about it is that you don't have tie anything down if you can put it in the back...unlike the truck. You have to put it on the roof and tie it down, which makes it a bit dangerous if you are not careful. But the best thing about this van is the reliability. It has never broke on me once.
Story
When we went to the beach, we didn't have a bike rack to put our bikes in, so we just put all of our bikes in the back of the van. It was fun because we didn't have to tie anything down, which made it a very smooth and enjoyable ride for us.
Pros
Utility vehicle with lots of uses. Comfortable seatings. Lots of space. Reliable.
Cons
The trim and design might be unattractive to some people. It is a bit bulky and can take a lot of garage space.

The salesman that we purchased from was the same guy we had used for a previous transaction. I believe we purchased my parent's car from the same salesperson. He was incredibly gracious and put the customer first. He was an old retired CHP officer, so he had some personable stories. He didn't pressure us at all and when we bought from him, he gave us a small sticker that we put on our license that he said would help get us out of tickets if we were ever pulled over by the CHP.

My first time leasing a car was at First Honda of Simi. The sales man was terrific and helped me through the process. They provided outstanding vehicle service and are very reasonably priced. Because of this continual outstanding service, last month I turned in my lease and purchased a car from them. If you are looking for a good deal and great service this is the place to go.
