Overall, IÕve tried to find a better designed or all-around car and have not been able to find one that beat this car. It is specifically for all utilitarians. ItÕs the perfect car if you have a child. I do think the body shape on the backside of the vehicle when looking at the vehicle from afar looks a little dumpy, but overall, it's a good, little car and has enough zippiness to get you around town. ItÕs not a power house, but it absolutely has enough power to get you in and out of traffic with ease.
Story
We originally got the idea to buy this car when we went with our friends on a road trip with our baby in their 2011. We went back and forth looking at cars for quite a whileÉtwo years later, we ended up settling on the same car except in leather.
Pros
I liked the height and capacity of the vehicle. You can sit in it and not feel cramped. It was the perfect height for changing my baby in the hatchback area. In my truck, the baby is too high, and in my Malibu, it was too low. This Honda is just right.
Cons
My top negatives on this would be the positioning of the USB. It is in an extremely awkward spot in the glove compartment, which seems silly since there is a center console and a middle section where a usb could easily been mounted. Instead, they want you to use this usb in the glove box. Super awkward.

2006 Honda CR-V - Absolutely loved this car for its looks, dependability, fuel efficiency, and reasonable price.

I bought this car brand new off the lot nearly 14 years ago and have loved every minute of it. To this day it still runs and performs like the day I got it except for the one very minor detail is that it gets a few less MPG than it used to but seriously by maybe only 2 or 3 miles. This car has been great for everything I've needed it for including my daily use to and from work, as well as taking it on vacation whether that be driving it on a sandy beach or long distance cross country.
Story
The best time I can think of would have to be taking it to Pismo Beach. You have to drive down on the sand near the water where the sand is wet so the wheels don't just spin, and cross a small creek that runs into the ocean that can get like 3 even 4 feet deep when the tide comes in. My CRV performed like a champ crossing that creek at high tide with the water coming up to the bottom of the do... (more)
Pros
The best thing about my CRV would have to be it's fuel economy. It's bigger than a sedan but not as big as a full sized SUV, but once your inside it feels like an SUV giving 5 people plenty of space as well as sufficient storage and cargo room. The seats even fold down flat to accommodate bigger things and in the floor tucked away there is even a 4 person fold out card table.
Cons
I honestly don't really have anything to complain about with my car except it did have a couple of recalls with the air bags, but it wasn't anything that effected me really in any way. If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the car isn't really made for really tall people. I'm 6 foot 2 and have to push the seat all the way back and my knees still touch the dash in the passenger seat. However I fit just barely in the driver seat to be comfortable.

Seems like salesmen at most dealerships read the same training manual. It must work, revenue-wise. But from the customer's point of view, it can be frustrating. During my experience, there was a lot of , "Let me run this by my manager. " Then long waits while the salesman and manager confer. This Kabuki dance goes on indeterminably, until the customer is either worn down or finagled into buying a different car. With persistence, sometimes you can actually get a good deal.

Great customer service made me very comfortable buying this vehicle. I did not feel like i got ripped off, I felt like i was treated with respect. The deal that I got was a great one, since they threw in some extra stuff. When i bring in this car for a service checkup i always get it back cleaned and in a great time frame of what they promised. I highly recommend this dealer.
