I have had car for 3 years and love it for the most part. I drive it around town comfortably and we have taken 4 cross country trips and it performed great. Biggest drawback is the navigation system and voice control.
Story
I ran into the dealer who sold me my previous car in a grocery parking lot one day. My previous car was not a Honda. He sheepishly told me he drives a Honda too.
Pros
It gets great gas mileage even around town, and even better on trips. It is roomy enough for all our stuff when we travel, and most importantly, my 6 foot 4 inch husband fits in it. He did not in a few others we looked at of similar “size”. And he even likes it which surprised me as he is all truck kind of guy.
Cons
I am very disappointed in the voice control. It has a very hard time recognizing my voice. This makes the navigation system very difficult to use if not useless. We basically don’t use it and bring along the Garmin. Navigation system updates are also expensive at $100. I can buy a free updates Garmin for that.

As a Honda owner, you know what you are getting into. Regardless of the specific vehicle, it's going to last and work well. The car has plenty of space, both for people and for "stuff" and performs well when needed. Getting a Honda, you know that it is a safe vehicle for transporting important things like children.
Story
This car has survived multiple cross-country tent camping trips with multiple children under the age of five -- what more can you ask for in a "family" vehicle?
Pros
As silly as it may sound, having an arm rest for the driver is quite helpful, particularly for those of us who are not tall. Few SUVs include this feature -- even the newer CR-Vs are lacking in this regard. The back-up camera is also standard in this car but wasn't standard in all vehicles at that time. The sixty/forty split in the back seat is quite useful when hauling a child to the lumber yard!
Cons
This car does not come with four-wheel drive as a part of the standard package. Instead, it's an upgrade of about $2,000. It's something to keep in mind if you are on a budget, since this car struggles quite a bit on snowy hills without the four-wheel drive feature.

large inventory, well informed sales staff, not overly pushy, open evening hours, somewhat willing to negotiate, clean, comfortable showroom with refreshments, easy access to Honda corporation special financing, well stocked with current literature, financing manage onsite, did not fool around too much acting like they were debating my offer with a manager.
