2016 Honda CR-V - Awesome to share the experience.
Gas mileage is the real deal. Getting easily over 30 mpg combined city/highway. We keep it in the economy mode all the time, which doesn't have any zip at all. Ride is very comfortable. Visibility is OK. Radio is just OK quality. Might want to upgrade this if sound quality matters. Fantastic turn radius. Very comfortable seating in the front and back. Cargo area is roomy.
We bought the EX-L CRV 2018 a few months ago after selling our Prius. When first looking at SUVs we narrowed down the field to the Toyota Rav4, the CRV and the Subaru Forester. Since my husband has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's and both of us are turning 70, we were looking for features that will benefit us in the future. Since my husband has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's and both of us are turning 70, we were looking for features that will benefit us in the future. The CRV was the only one offering the features we wanted such as settings for driver's seat and outside mirrors. It was the only one of the three to offer the mirror setting as well as the seat. It also had the easiest to read digital speedometer. The Rav4 did not even have a digital speedometer available on any of its models. And don't forget Apple Car Play! Love it. Add in the auto-opening trunk lift, easy to enter height of the car, leather seats, roomy interior, cruise control that almost allows the car to drive itself. And now for the cons: gas mileage is just okay. We get about 27 mpg in the city. Horrible sounding engine! Sounds like a sick lawn mower. I do not drive like a 90 year old and so have to take off ECON in order to get the thing going from a complete stop. Otherwise, so glad we purchased the CRV.
We went for the holidays fun during winter time... My kids were very much enjoyed to travel in the CR-V.

The CR-VÕs interior is exceptionally roomy for its pint-size dimensions. Taller adults easily pass the Òsit behind themselvesÓ test in the rear seat, and even three abreast is acceptable. Where the CR-V really wins points is in its ability to store non-human items. Numerous bins and pockets within reach of the driver make it easy to lose pens, cellphones, notepads, coffee mugs, and even the family Pomeranian. The CR-VÕs low cargo area has its own trick, too: a false floor that can either sit level with the bumper for easy heavy item loading or can be tucked a few inches lower for maximum u... (more)

The CR-V isnÕt much to look at from the outside, and even its interior design is hardly a big selling point. Then again, who cares about the package when its contents are this good?

2016 Honda CR-V -
I like how this vehicle looks and the range of colors to choose from. The interior is spacious in the front, and I like the way the dashboard is set up. Everything is easy to see on the dashboard and easy to understand. You can navigate the screen on the dashboard from your steering wheel, which is convenient. I don't like the Bluetooth set up. It doesn't always connect right away, and we are left sitting there for a few minutes, before leaving somewhere, to try and get the music synched from our phones, to the Bluetooth on the car, which is frustrating. I usually end up just switching to the radio. Even if we do get the Bluetooth connected, sometimes it stops working or if someone calls, it's a pain to try and figure out how to get that person on the speaker phone. The car performs we... (more)

The car performs well, it picks up great on the freeway but it definitely sucks gas. I do think this car should be able to fit 3 car seats across the backseat without problems but it was a big problem when our third child came.
Just bringing this car home for the first time. Before we got this car, we only had one car in our family. Which meant my husband would take it to work and I was stuck at home or had to walk my child to school, everyday, even when it rained. When we brought this car home, our kids were so excited, even our neighbors were excited for us.

It runs smooth and nice. It has great pick up on the freeway. It's definitely a sleek looking crossover, and there is tons of room in the trunk for when we go on road trips or for long grocery trips. The car is comfortable to travel in and the front driver's and passenger seat is very roomy. I like the way this car is designed and the different colors that were available on the car. The top negative things on this car is not being able to comfortably install three car seats in the back. We had to change car seats a few times, look up some videos for recommendations and figure out what car seats were best. It was like trying to figure out a jigsaw puzzle, it was very complicated, even though the maker of the car stated it was a guaranteed three car seat fit. I don't like the way the Bluetooth works on this car. I don't like the way the Bluetooth works on this car. I don't know if it's our phones or the car but it's very frustrating to have to wait, before we leave, to have to figure out what's going on with the Bluetooth and why it disconnected. I don't want to have to play around with the Bluetooth part while I'm driving, so I usually just leave it on the radio. Also, when someone calls, it's difficult to figure out how to answer the phone so they are on speaker phone and not have to fiddle around with my phone. I also don't like the gas mileage. Really, car companies can make cars that need to be charged but they can't figure out a ways to get better gas mileage on a car like a CR-V, we can send someone to the moon for goodness sake but we can't lower gas mileage??
