The exterior of the vehicle itself has held up well, and is not prone to rust or other unsightly wear. It has a sleek enough profile for someone young, but is also practical and roomy for someone who has grown up enough to need actual space for other people, groceries, etc. The trunk also has ample space to accommodate a busy equestrian like me. I can fit two saddles, a 5-gallon bucket (on its side) and a couple horse blankets in the trunk comfortably.
Story
When I moved my horse to a new barn, I went to Home Depot to buy a very large (50+ gallon) toolbox to serve as a trunk for my various grooming supplies, bridles, etc. I hadn't thought too hard about how I would get the box away from the store until I'd wheeled it out to my car. This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned or driven. Even at 160+ thousand miles, it runs like a new car. I rarely hear internal sounds, the sensors are working fine, and its handling is superb. This is especially apparent in all-weather conditions. The interior is comfortable, spacious, and easy-to-clean. It is a sturdy, durable, reliable car. It won't get any special looks on the road, but that doesn't matter to me. Most importantly, it doesn't break the bank and gives excellent bang for the buck.
Story
I drove this car and my date to my senior prom, when my dad lent it to me. As mentioned earlier, I don't care much about the look - the experiences the car has been through with me and how durable it is made for a lasting memory.
Pros
The vehicle is very sturdy, as are most Honda models. It rarely presents any issues, and even when there is an issue, it is my fault and easily solvable. The handling and durability of the transmission is superb. In addition, the interior is very comfortable and the speaker audio is surprisingly of decent quality. The engine runs quietly and does not put up any additional trouble in the snow.
Cons
This isn't even an issue with the manufacturing the car itself, but just its age. There is rust forming on important parts of the underbody, but that is to be expected with time. Occasionally, the check engine light will display for no reason and the sensor needs reset. Its compatibility with modern day transportation media is limited, but that too is a result of the age.

The salesman I worked with was not overly aggressive or pushy at all. I was able to take my time looking at the cars they had in my price range and test drove a few before settling on the Honda Civic. The experience was easy and I will go back to Sunnyside Toyota for my next car.
