2014 Honda Accord - Praise for Honda
I am very happy overall with the Honda Accord. I feel that this vehicle has it all for the price point. The interior is roomy for my family of five. I have just reached 100,000 miles, and I have never had to have the car in the shop other than routine maintenance and oil changes, tires, etc. I feel that this is a safe car that will easily surpass 200,000 miles. I plan to drive this car for a very long time.
Story
I have many fond memories of picking my son up from kindergarten in this car and also bringing my twins home from the hospital in this car.
Pros
This car has a roomy interior. It is a good price for what you are getting. It is very reliable, and I have never had any issues. It has a high safety rating, and it built to last. I like the controls on the steering wheel and the back-up camera. This car has good trunk space and a smooth ride.
Cons
My only con is the width of the vehicle. I need to fit three car seats across the backseat of the car, and it is just a few inches too narrow for me to fit most brands of seats. It has been difficult to find seats that will fit three across.
2001 Honda Accord - Great
This is one of the best cars that are available out in the automobile market. With its relatively low price yet exceptional performance, it stands the test of time as one of the leading brands. Its durable construction quality makes it one of the safest cars to drive, with fast-responding airbags in response to collisions. Its rather simple yet amazing build makes it easy on the eyes.
Story
A fun memorable story using this vehicle was that since it has a different color hood, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Pros
The best thing about this car is that it can run 200,000 miles and still manage to drive very well without the transmission giving out. The ease of driving makes it very appealing to get behind the wheel. Comfort with the seats is above average and makes it a very good car to get in to. When the needle goes very far below the empty gas meter, it can be guaranteed to take you almost 40 miles before it is completely out of gas.
Cons
A couple of cons with this car is that almost everyone in the middle and lower class drives this model, so it doesn't really stick out like other "elaborate-looking" cars. It's not built to be quiet when you drive, so anyone who wants peace and quiet may have to look elsewhere.
