My Honda Accord has been a trusted member of the family for 12 years. The car still runs like a dream and the body is still sleek, clean and looks almost brand new. The engine purrs. There's no rattling or shaking. I still take the car on long trips and it performs well. The a/c works perfectly, as well. I expect this car to last for another 12 years easily.
Story
When I first bought the car my co-workers went to the parking lot to check it out with me. They made me open the truck which was clean and spacious. One commented. "Wow, it's big enough for two dead bodies." We all laughed so I think that's good.
Pros
The car has a beautiful body type. I saw this car in Miami on vacation and decided it was the car I wanted to buy. It still looks amazing today. The body has held up well to the weather and road hazards. It still looks sleek. The a/c still works amazingly well. There have been a few recalls on the car. I was notified immediately by the dealership and they were alleviated quickly. This car has been an absolute pleasure to own. I definitely got my moneys worth.
Cons
The only drawback to the vehicle is interior noise. The car I had before was a Camry which was vacuum sealed. You could not hear the music outside of the car. Unfortunately with the Honda the road noise causes me to turn up the radio which can be a little distracting if up too loud, to other drivers.

My car has very few problems for a car it's age. It is a good dependable car that I wouldn't mind giving to my kids when they begin driving. It is an automatic and it has a CD player. It is a simple car, but I like not having to mess with a lot of fancy features.
Story
I remember backing into my husband's car that was parked directly behind mine, because I was in a hurry to get to class and didn't realize that he had parked right behind me. We then had someone rear end us soon after that, so they had to pay to fix the back of the car that was already beat up from my mistake.
Pros
There are a few things I like about my vehicle. It is very user friendly and, so far, it has been very durable. The sound system has held up very well through the years, and it is fairly easy to change the oil yourself, which can really saver you money in the long run.
Cons
There are a few things that I do not like about my vehicle as well. The brakes are very touchy. I have also had at least two recall notices concerning the vehicle, although few actual problems. It is also a little low to the ground for my liking.
