When I decided to get the Yukon, I went on GMC site and built what I was looking for in the Yukon. I absolutely love that this vehicle is stylish and sporty. It is good for just going to and from. However, it is also good for road trips, and pulling the boat, and it is extremely comfortable. It is fuel efficient with the V8/V4 option.
Story
When my kids first got in and was watching a movie in the back and had the seats reclined and they realized there seats were heated too.
Pros
What I liked most about the Yukon is that it is stylish and sporty. I also like all of the luxuries that it has from air conditioned seating to heated seating, but not just for the driver, the middle seats in the back have heated, also. The Blu-ray player and the infrared headphones so there are no wires and the conveniences of the power folding seats in the rear.
Cons
The one thing that I don't care for is how the middle buckets are power also, but only go down and forward but not back up to the sitting position. I also wish the map would update without having to pay more. It would also be nice for the A/C seats in the back.

The vehicle represents an awesome family or road trip SUV. It has an extreme amount of luxury and tech as its standard equipment and with an optional captain seats in the second row. The cargo space is immense, or can be used for the full-size third row. The drive is compliant, ranging towards the very soft. Tech items like the heated steering wheel, heated and cooled comfy leather seats, the lane assist and adaptive cruise control really add to the overall package. The engine is a treat as well, with maximally 420 HP and matching torque numbers, it can tow a two-horse trailer or good size boat without breaking into a sweat. Fuel economy you ask? Not bad, as the engine can cut off half (four) of the cylinders when coasting or going downhill. On downhill, the grade braking feature is al... (more)
Story
We had a great time driving the vehicle to Yosemite and various other longer family trips.
Pros
MPG, seat comfort, tech options, sound quality of stereo and rear seat entertainment system.
Cons
Black sideboards of doors are a real design error, they come loose after a few thousand miles and need (costly) replacing..
