With all bigger vehicles, two things come to mind. How is the gas mileage and how is the acceleration when trying to come out of your neighborhood or when trying to get onto the highway/interstate? I would say that the gas mileage is not terrible for a bigger vehicle, but I would always love to see a bigger vehicle keep its expected power but increase its ability to accelerate. The folks over at GMC could figured out a way to help increase the gas mileage without decreasing the power. So, that is one "negative" thing I have about this vehicle. Another "negative" thing about this vehicle is that I would prefer a little more power/acceleration when coming out of my neighborhood onto the busy street. From a concern for safety, you pull out of your neighborhood and think you have enough time, but the oncoming car actually speeds up to teach you a lesson...so it would be nice to be able to "counter" the oncoming car's "speeding up to teach you a lesson and then laying on their horn at you" with the ability to accelerate faster so you can avoid the oncoming car's "speed up and honk" lesson and so that you can better adjust to your own miscalculations of the speed of oncoming traffic...the idea here would to have a little extra horsepower to avoid a traffic accident.
