2016 GMC Terrain - It is a strong long-lasting vehicle
I bought my vehicle a year ago used with 26,000 miles and so far it is doing great. I love everything about it. It has leather interior so it is easy to clean. I have four kids so messes happen. It does well with fuel not great. A full tank will last about a week if it's just to and from school. It is very roomy and very stylish. It drives amazing on the freeway. If I had to rate my SUV 1-10 I would give it an eight not a ten because of the fuel. This is a vehicle I would recommend to the traveler or a family it's just so spacious. I have less then 100,000 miles, getting close but still less with all the driving I do. It keeps up with me never sluggish like some other vehicles I've had. Story
I brought my son home from the hospital when he was born in this vehicle. It was a very special day for the both of us.
Pros
I love that it handles so well and that it is so spacious.
Cons
Fuel range. I have a big tank, but at times it goes through fuel faster then other times.
2011 GMC Terrain - One of the best I've owned.
Overall I love our "new" (to us) car. We purchased the Terrain about 8 months ago. The size accommodation is just what we needed but the "get up an go" isn't all that satisfying.
Story
I was leaving a friend's house and accidentally put the car in manual instead of drive and tried to go but it was super difficult to get the car moving. I looked down and it was in M, I've never drove a manual before!
Pros
What I love most is the body style, it's modern yet chic. I am a mother of 3 and it suits me to all aspects of my personality. The hatch back is the perfect size for a stroller for my youngest, a cooler and accessories, plus room for our 80 lb. pit bull for a day at the beach. A useful tool in the console is the sub, I use it almost daily and it can be a life savor. The gas mileage is amazing, so much better then my last vehicle.
Cons
The get up and go is not exactly what I expected, it kind of lags a little bit when you punch it down. It would be nice to be able to change the color on the dash lights because the red can be a tad over bearing.
