Ford Ranger Owner Ratings & Reviews

2013 Ford Ranger - I love him.
Its full range with a Duratec 2.5 liter gasoline mechanic that will yield 166 HP and 225 Nm. There are two options available for change a manual box and another automatic with torque converter, both with 6 speeds. According to Ford, the new suspension system and electric steering provide greater comfort. The integral traction system has an electronically managed transfer box. The towing capacity of the 4X4 version is 3,500 kilos.
Story
When I went camping with my family to a mountain, it was a very enjoyable and fun trip, the high performance of this vehicle I love, my children like to travel in the car, they love the color and the softness of it.
Pros
One of the most important things is the SYNC 2 infotainment system which stands out for its 8 "touch screen and which we already know in the Oval brand cars, which has also been integrated in this pick-up. Lane change warning, parking sensors and descent control are some of the security systems that you can equip.
The Detroit firm has announced that it will reach European dealerships by the end of 2015. This model of eminent commercial use will be produced at Ford's plants in Argentina, South Africa and Thailand.
Cons
There is a problem. What happens is that in the cold morning it starts well and then it is hard to get it hot, I asked if the problem could be the starter or it could be something serious.
1991 Ford Ranger - Good Work Truck
The 1991 Ford Ranger is a compact truck that does what you'd expect from a heavy performance truck. It looks great, as it has the old timey Ford look, and it gets the job done. Although it rattles a bit and the transmission can be a bit shaky, this is a good small truck.
Story
When the transmission finally gave out, it was on the side of the highway in the middle of rural Florida. It took two hours of flagging down a Florida state trooper to get a tow truck and get back to civilization.
Pros
For outdoorsmen, there's room in the bed to tie down a kayak and throw in camping gear. The gas mileage is decent as well, usually in the low to mid 20 MPG range. It's a Ford, so all parts to maintain and replace it are typically cheap and plentiful. It's fairly easy to work on as well. The parts are accessible and easily identified. It isn't so big either that it requires strenuous lifting, or so small that it requires crawling into small spots to get those heard to reach parts.
Cons
As with all cars, they begin to show their wear and tear with age. The Ford Ranger is no exception. Unfortunately, this truck does not have the reliability you'd expect from say a Honda or a Toyota. Inevitably, a head-gasket will break or the transmission will go out which will lead to costly repairs. These can quickly add up in costs which, coupled with maintenance, can be hard for a low-budget car owner to keep up with.

The car dealers were knowledgeable and friendly. They were not at all pushy or shady.
