The ford mustang has always been considered to be a fun and fast car. Also it has been considered to be sports car. The very first mustang came out in 1965. I have a 2002 mustang, and boy has it come a long ways. Not only is it good on mileage but good on road travel. The cost of repairs is very low, because repairs are rarely needed. The one problem I think with the 2002 mustang is the trunk space. There is none. Okay one more complaint, the back seating is not very spacious. But as for feeling safe in this vehicle, most definitely. The cars acceleration and breaking are great in handling. We did buy our mustang from a previous owner. The blue book value at the time was $5000.00, We paid half of that. A little bit of body damage, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. All in all the car is very enjoyable.
