the styling of the car was not too bad given that it was built in the late 1990's. However, the engineering is sort of mediocre, as well as the interior design. The materials used to make the interior seem to be quite cheap. It is not too comfortable since the seats are very simple and cheap. The car was big enough for me; it had enough space since I am the only one that drives the car. However, the backseats are useless if you are planning on seating people in the back. The ride quality is pretty bad since it is 13 years old and it does make a lot of noise. However, it has only been once or twice in the shop. The gas mileage was pretty bead even though I have the v6 model and not the v8. It was not too bad to drive; it got me from point A to point B. the acceleration was pretty bad; i... (more)

It has been a dependable car requiring very little maintenance over the past sixteen years that I have owned it. It is an American icon and not just another sports car. It has a high quality strong engine and classic style.
Story
Spun out on an icy road in the mountains and cause three or four wrecks but managed to avoid one myself!
Pros
I like that it is fast, it has a stronger engine than many other cars that classify themselves as sports cars but actually have relatively weak engines. I like the sporty look, it is larger than most sports cars and has an interior large enough for a tall person like me. It has a quality leather interior and top of the line audio system. It feels like a cockpit of a jet.
Cons
Due to being an iconic car they are a bit ubiquitous and maybe not the most unique thing on the road. You are likely to see one at any given stop light. Definitely not an economy car, takes a lot of gas and premium gas at that. Not a good family car, the back seat might as well be unusable space, it is only useful to carry passengers as a last resort. Way too much torque when the weather is icy.
