2005 Ford Focus - Great commuter vehicle

This vehicle was purchased in used condition for a very low price. Because of that, it has paid us back many times over with its reliability. Given its age (11+ years) and miles (200,000+), we have never had any issues with this car; the check engine light has never gone on, and by performing regular maintenance, we have never had to make any substantial repairs.
Story
This vehicle has reliably taken our family on many hiking trips as well as visiting friend in remote, rural areas where it did a very good job traversing steep hills and narrow, windy curves.
Pros
The most positive thing about this vehicle is its reliability. Considering how many hours I work, how many different jobs at different locations, and how many other family responsibilities we have, this car has been a very reliable source of transportation that has never let us down. It also gets very reasonable fuel economy, averaging 25-30 mpg, which is very important on a tight budget. It is also reasonably compact, so while it has no problem seating 4-5 people or carrying a trunk-load of groceries, it is very easy to maneuver in traffic, parking lots, etc.
Cons
One of my biggest complaints about this car is that the steering wheel does not adjust far enough down. So with my short stature, I am often just barely able to see above the steering wheel, which still sits a few inches higher than the dash.

I bought my Ford Focus in 2001, used. It still runs like a dream, even though along the way there have been some issues. The most persistent issue has been the leakage in cooling fluid, something that is yet to be resolved. However, the car runs fine and does not over heat. I have driven less than 20,000 miles, since I do not make many long distance trips. When I do, I am always nervous, but so far my car has performed well.
Story
There is no specific memories, but I love it every time my exhaust kicks off while accelerating, save there are no police around.
Pros
My car came with a loud and expressive exhaust which is my favorite feature, even though I get noticed by the police from time to time. Since I did not install the exhaust myself it seems to be of no issue. I also love how fast my car accelerates. Minimum waiting time in lights, even though I aim to stay under the speed limit.
Cons
The cooling fluid leakage is a persistent problem and has been tried to be fixed multiple times. It doesn't seem to affect my car's condition, however. Also, the trunk is on the smaller side, I can fit my sound system but nothing else. But then again, I don't need to transport much.
