2014 Ford Focus - Low-end commuter.
The 2014 Ford Focus S is a very inexpensive low-end commuter car. It will definitely get you where you want to go at an affordable price with fuel economy. However, if you expect many more features than what is required by law, you will be disappointing. Outside of a rear-facing camera and the ability to sync your phone, there is nothing that "extra" on this vehicle.
Pros
Price. Gas mileage. Ford Sync (phone). Back-up camera. Ample trunk space.
Cons
No automatic lights (biggest problem in my opinion). No cruise control. Only four speakers. No automatic rear windows.
2012 Ford Focus - Great for students
The car is comfortable. The two front seats are very good, but the back seats are average. The mileage is very good, saves a lot of gas for college students. Great sound speakers, brilliant for youngsters. It has extra fog lights, that brings better security in foggy places like ours. Because it is a small sedan, you get to be parked in a snap almost everywhere. The interiors are durable even though they don't look like great quality.
Story
The car responds like a sport car, and with the spoilers, it looks great. It is lovely to step into it. Change the transmission to "manual" and shift your way in the express way as a grown up car.
Pros
The gas mileage is excellent. The visibility, for a small sedan, is great. A/C works fantastic and does not takes down the engine power at all. Keyless entry makes you feel it a nice luxurious car. It is very similar to its big brothers, the Fusion, and the higher trims of Focus. Ford has an excellent policy to help you with your car when broken.
Cons
We have been in the dealer a bunch of times due to "recalls." The car never stopped working but made our life hard to live. The transmission is a manual one with some servo things that makes it "automatic." When this computer goes down, the car gets crazy. It was fixed by the dealer, and they provided the towing. Then the door locks suddenly stopped "working" and also the dealer changed the four in a snap. It was scary to drive the unit. The doors could open at any time while the car was running, and if parked, the door will not lock. Be sure to go to the dealer for all maintenance cycles.

2005 Ford Focus - Don Davis Ford Lincoln Mercury Arlington
(2011) Due to a small crack in the front bumper, they reduced the price of the car from 8000 to 7500 AND repaired the bumper at cost. The car still runs fine!
