Ford Fiesta Owner Ratings & Reviews

2012 Ford Fiesta - Fun, functional, compact
I liked this car's styling because it came in a bright, fun color (bright blue) and had a sleek, rounded, compact body. It was narrow enough to fit into small spaces. I liked the look because it was colorful and easy to spot in a parking lot. The interior is relatively comfortable. The seats are made of cloth instead of leather, which I much prefer. I have no complaints about the comfort level of the interior, it was quite comfortable but not the most comfortable car I have even been in. The trunk is surprisingly spacious for a small car. The cabin feels slightly cramped, but it's not bad enough to be a real inconvenience.
I do not like that the breaks tend to squeak. I've taken it into the shop twice about this issue and the squeak has come back both times. The gas mileage is pretty ... (more)
Story
I call this car my "beacon in the dark" because it stands out so much in parking lots and I tend to forget where I parked
Pros
Compactness, good break sensitivity, a lot of trunk space, comfortable seats, color changing LED lighting, highly adjustable driver's seat controls, mileage
Cons
Squeaking brakes, small cabin
2011 Ford Fiesta - Happy Ford Fiesta owner that would purchase again.
I had never purchased a Ford before, or any car for the matter, so was not set on a Ford. However the Moreno I learned about it, the more I realized it car for me. I was initially drawn into the price (around $17,000) as well as the impressive gas mileage. The features inside are nothing over the top, but had everything I needed. I have only had to take the car in for two recall fixes, but besides that it has held up quite well in my work commutes and trips to the beach. I have even taken it on 6+ hour road trips with no problems. Even though it is not absolutely perfect, I would recommend this car to single friends (not a family car), students or those on a tight budget.
Story
Allowing my younger brother to drive the car for the first time after he got his license. I got to sit in the front passenger seat for the first time as well.
Pros
Gas mileage is definitely important for me with respect to the environment, but also my wallet. The small size allows me to fit into more parking spots, but I wouldn't consider the car to be too cramped in regards to storage. Storage is great for a small car. The interior dashboard feels fresh and new.
Cons
I mostly use my car for work commute, so this doesn't happen too often, but fitting five people in the car is simply something that doesn't usually work due to the small back row. I had also found the car to sometimes skip a bit when the automatic gear shift occurs. Because of this, I try not to accelerate very quickly.
