1994 Ford F-150 - Tough F150
The F150 is a classic truck, mine is four-wheel drive, and a true work horse. I have owned for six years working out of it almost everyday as a carpenter, and it works just as hard as I do.
Story
I go camping several times a year and with the contractor cap on the bed, it has been a good shelter from very bad weather that has come up on more than one occasion.
Pros
I have owned my Ford for six years. I bought it used, and it now has 300k+ on it and never had the need to be in a shop for any major repairs. It is very reliable and is a great value.
Cons
I do wish Ford had paid better attention to fuel mileage. The 5.8 motor in mine gets the worst out of the engines that were available for this model, but I do think other than the straight 6.0 motor, it's almost as reliable.
2012 Ford F-150 - Small, but handy~
The Soul is really nice. The price was right, and it gets great gas mileage. Coming from a much larger car, however, the trunk space is hard to get use to. I can't even fit my son's stroller in the back without some serious cramming. Overall, it is a great car for day to day driving, not so great for trips (for a family of 5, with one in a car seat!)
Story
My kids really love when we bust out the goofy hamster that came with the car. They also really like when we turn the lights on- they flash to the beat of the music. Fun for them, a little annoying for adults.
Pros
It is compact.
It has a net in the trunk.
The sunroof is a nice feature
The gas mileage is awesome. I'm always over 22/mpg
This car has never broken down on me
The car's breaks work nicely
The driving is quite smooth
Cons
The trunk space is very limited.
The gas tank is pretty small, but you get good fuel economy.
