2012 Ford F-150 - Amazing daily vehicle
The price discount and the look along with the interior all sold me rather easily. The gas mileage is manageable and does not break the bank. I have now traveled across the country five different times in complete ease and comfort in this truck. I highly recommend this truck to everyone.
Story
I have drove across the country five times now using the back seat area as my bed on the road.
Pros
Performance has plenty of power without killing gas mileage. The interior has great leather trim and is very appealing and comfortable. It comes with a six-CD changer and all the bells and whistles of Bluetooth and voice controls. The seats are very roomy, and the back seats—when put up—have tons more room, enough to sleep in, which I have on several occasions.
Cons
The price can be pretty high in these models. I had to have a good trade-in value and extended loan terms to afford new. I am having a first-gear weird engine issue that has not been able to be identified but has not been a real problem. Top-end gas mileage, as advertised, has yet to been reached, so I do believe it is a bit of a false claim.
2009 Ford F-150 - Love my truck
Great pickup truck to own. This truck runs like a champ. We have had to do little to no work other than routine maintenance on it. It fires right up every time I start it and runs great. We have driven this truck long distances several times with no worries at all. It has lots of extras such as leather seats, SiriusXM satellite radio, power sliding rear window and tow haul options. The interior is very spacious with plenty of room to fit the kids and everything we need to take with us. It hauls loads like a champ. I can pull just about anything I need to. The tailgate has a step and a handle that comes out which makes it super easy to get in and out of the bed of the truck with no problem. Story
We love to roll the windows down and turn the radio up as we are cruising through town and get pumped up and ready for our football games!
Pros
Lots of interior room, sliding rear power window, leather seats, power seat, radio controls on steering wheel, keypad on outside of door.
Cons
I don't have a single thing that I do not like about this truck.
