The number of options and configurations offered is fantastic. It drives like a luxury sedan, stops smoothly (on a dime) yet accelerates like a muscle car! This truck is gorgeous yet tough. It makes the perfect family vehicle, work truck, or just about any other occasion.
Story
When our neighborhood was snowed in, no snowplows for days, this truck muscled its way out of the tundra.
Pros
I love the four full doors on the truck, would never go back to any other set-up. The sliding rear window is very convenient as are the folding rear seats. The rear seats are roomy enough for adults and now have headrests, making it safer and more comfortable for children. If all seats are utilized, six adults can ride comfortably. This truck is perfect for the bigger sized driver, yet adjusts for the most petite to control safely and comfortably. It is a great value, and is almost guaranteed to drive until you decide to replace it.
Cons
The gas mileage is similar to that of other trucks, not very good. The e-brake is now in a less convenient place. The price tag is high compared to other vehicles not comparably equipped.

My 2012 Ford F-150 was a replacement for my 2005 Ford F-150. This 2012 has the Lariat package. This is a beautiful truck. The extra's that the Lariat offers is a real treat compared to the standard F-150 without all of the extras. The 2012 truck is very comfortable and attractive outside and inside. They have added some extra cab room in the 2012 that comes in so handy. I think though, that the quality is a lot less than on the older models. It seems like over time it will not hold up as well as with older models. It is having some front end trouble and it really hasn't spent much time off-road. I like a truck that can do a lot of off-road riding and still be in great shape for everyday commuting. The tailgate is so heavy but yet the tail gate latch is so junky. It flexes on the handle... My family took it camping and it held all of our gear easily and we had a really great time.
Pros
My favorite things about this vehicle is the body style. It looks so amazing. My truck is this awesome dark blue and it is gorgeous. The running boards are nice and so easy to get it with. The black leather interior is so attractive and easy to clean up when things get spilled. The back seats fold up and it is so handy. It makes the back like a trunk. The backseats are also split so that you can fold up one side or both. It is the handiest thing ever. Cons
The cons are a lot and they are things that really irritate me. The cups holders are all in weird places. The ones in the center console set too far back so that I have to twist my arm into a weird position that hurts in order to get my coffee out. The lower ones are just way too low. I feel like I am going to leave the road bending over to get my cup out. The trucks price is crazy. I paid more for this truck used than I did for my house.
