2000 Ford Explorer - Good, used car with few issues.
This is a great car that you can find at almost any dealership for just a few thousand dollars. It is the perfect vehicle for any occasion and works well to just run around town or hall a light trailer. I purchased this vehicle a few years ago from my brother who was done using it. It has served me well since then, and I still have it today.
Story
Good for going hunting or taking it out to the lake. This car is the perfect vehicle that I have thrown guns in the back many times to take target shooting or out hunting. Not your typical hunting vehicle but works well.
Pros
Some of my favorite features of this car are the auto lights and other trim features found in the Eddie Bauer edition. Pretty much all of the car is tricked out with different features that didn't enter into other cars until much later. The keyless entry is also very nice, so that you can leave your keys in the car and not carry anything. Just watch out for a dead battery.
Cons
I have had a few issues with this car that I guess are pretty common to this year of Ford Explorers. The automatic lock on the drivers side quit working which was due to a faulty wire in the door hinge (easy fix, however, when you look it up on YouTube). The radio is also not correctly displaying anything which is another common issue.
2011 Ford Explorer - Love this SUV
Love the features this vehicle is equipped with: the leather interior, heated seats, touchscreen display, back-up camera. Plus the amount of room in the cargo area makes it a perfect vehicle for what my wife and I needed.
Story
A long road trip up north with my wife at the spur of the moment. We threw the dogs in the back, grabbed a bag and went to northern Minnesota for the day. It is the perfect vehicle for us and the dogs. We have three large dogs, and they all fit in the back area with plenty of room.
Pros
The dual moon roofs and leather interior are major pluses for me. The back-up camera makes parking a breeze. Also, the overall MPG is great. Third-row seating is great for when going someplace with a large group of friends or family.
Cons
Acceleration is a little lacking at times. The vehicle feels slightly under powered.

2010 Ford Focus - Apple Ford Shakopee
This dealership was very easy to work with. I had been car shopping for several weeks with no luck. Apple Ford had the exact car I was looking for, and the car was priced right with no haggling. The purchase was simple and hassle free, and the car has been trouble free. I bring my car back to Apple Ford for my routine maintenance and they've always done a great job. They also have a nice waiting area while my vehicle is being serviced which makes the experience more pleasant.
2014 Ford Focus - Autonation Ford White Bear Lake
I got a real good deal on my trade, got an excellent finance rate. Salesman was super friendly, got more than I expected for the price i paid. Drove 7 vehicles with my salesman because he wanted to make sure I was in the right one to fit my needs. Will definitely buy from them again. The only negative was them trying to sell me on all the fabric, paint, rust treatments several times.
