I pretty much enjoyed owning this vehicle. I found that it was very economical and dependable for the price. I feel like this car was a good bang for the buck. You can't really go wrong with a car like this.

Pros
This car is very speedy and peppy for the price. I am actually surprised at how well I can fit into the car considering that I am a taller person. This car has a really good speaker system and being a hatchback, I am able to store a lot more items and equipment than I would with a sedan model. This car has been very dependable and I have driven it well over 100,000 miles without that many problems.
Cons
Engine and ambient noises tend to be a little loud for me. The seats are adequate but are not the most comfortable in the world.

The Ford Explorer is an amazing starter car. It was the first car that I ever drove. It was graciously bought by my parents. My Explorer (we named her Bessie) was an absolute tank. She survived cross-country treks, hail and snow storms, the summer heat, and the driving of 16-year-old me (which was not good). It is an extremely safe car that was more than reliable for over 200,000 miles. I got a small car following this one, but I am planning on buying a newer Explorer here in the near future.
Story
One "fun" memory in this car would be driving through Colorado on spring break. We were driving down a steep snowy slope, which we almost slid off of. But with the awesome four-wheel drive of this car, we narrowly escaped death and had a fun story to scare my parents with later.
Pros
This car was a tank. It kept me safe in a few fender benders when I started driving, as well as my father in a bad accident he got into while driving it. It had amazing traction in the snow and in the rain as well, which I'm convinced made my awful teenage driving just a little bit better. The car was dated, but even the older speakers were actually very powerful. The car also had so much space with three rows of seating plus additional room in the truck.
Cons
There were only two things I really saw as negatives about this car. First, mine was black with leather. In the summer, it would literally singe off your skin if you didn't let the car cool down before sitting in it. Second, gas. The gas mileage was so poor on this car, especially compared to my current car.

I've bought several cars from Pundmann Ford over the years. They have always had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales staff were very friendly, and they went out of their way to help me get vehicles that fit into my budget. The service department is also very nice. I never felt cheated or like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.

They were extremely friendly. Willing to work with my financially. They seemed to really care about helping me receive a car. My credit history wasn't a problem, and the payment plan was very reasonable.
