My Explorer is a practical workhorse. I feel safe and comfortable when I’m driving it. Plenty of room for my groceries, plant purchases and art materials. The interior has held up well except for the center console--the arm rest broke off several years ago. Mileage could be better. Sound system is quite good, and I like the dashboard layout. Acceleration could be improved upon.
Story
The most fun I have had in this vehicle is going out on plant buying adventures. I love gardening, and it’s so fun to go out and buy everything I need in one trip

I love how comfortable I feel in this vehicle. I appreciate the roominess. I feel safer in a bigger car so this works well. Lots of room for my gear. Good solid car.
Cons
Bad mileage. Crappy pick up. Looking its age.

Great car in any weather, plenty of room. The only real dislike I had was poor gas mileage.
Story
Driving to a concert in an ice storm, it made the show more festive. We had more trouble walking to the car because of the ice than we did driving to or from the show. Not everyone was able to make it because the weather got so bad but we didn't have any trouble

Cargo room, great in any weather, comfortable.

Bad gas mileage.

Chapman ford has truly excellent customer service, The salesman was both courteous and informative. Chapman didn't cause a lot of frustration and pressure for the customer that most other dealerships tend to do. I would recommend Chapman to anyone.
